The only good thing about them was the fact that they came within the hour, other than that it was horrible. They are over priced.
Something simple that should of cost me $ 200.00 came out to over $ 390.00.

I made some calls to various locksmiths about having a key cut for a car with no chip.
Other places that I called in Astoria didn’t have the person in, one place was in NYC and was kind far (which wanted $ 7.95 per key), or had a broken machine (wanted just $ 2.50 per key), one in Astoria wanted $ 30 per key.
This guy? He wanted $ 120 per key. Come on. Get real.
I’d be concerned about the cost that you’re going to wind up paying with this guy.

Called them after reading all the reviews. When I called I was quoted a certain price after describing the lock I needed fixing, when the guy showed up he immediately took a look at the lock and changed the quote by an additional $ 20. It took the guy about an hour to fix my lock and as he was wrapping up he said «I should have charged you more», when I brought up that they had quoted me a cheaper price over the phone he said «well, that’s the starting price, but it depends on the complexity of the lock». Overall the door works well now, he fixed the lock, so no complaints there, but be prepared to pay more than what you were initially quoted.
