I worked with Linda at Pristine Events for my wedding in October. I met with her well in advance and she really listened to what my husband and I wanted(okay, what I wanted – but he was there too!). She followed my pinterest board so that she understood what I wanted exactly and I was really excited to see everything come together. She also really worked with us to make sure that we stayed within our budget while still getting what we wanted. One thing I was upset about in the planning process was that I did not get to view an example of my bouquets – I could have seen a set up of my centerpieces but they were very simple so we didn’t need to. The day of the wedding I was so excited when my and my bridesmaids personals arrived. I had given them a piece of my grandmother’s dress to wrap my bouquet in as well as a number of broaches to put into my bouquet. Linda told me that they may not all be used but I told her it was very important to me that certain ones be used because they were significant. The first thing I noticed on my bouquet was that the one I specifically pointed out to be included was not – which was upsetting. The roses on my bouquet also did not seem secure and I later found out that when my sister took my bouquet out of the box to bring up to me for pictures, one of the roses fell off! All of the arrangements that included roses began to wilt very shortly after being delivered and by the time we got to the church the edges had already begun to brown. The boutonnieres with white roses also unfortunately turned very quickly as well as the corsages for the moms and grandmas — they were fully brown by the point of the reception. The lack of freshness was a major disappointment especially because I was told all of the arrangements were made that morning which is why I couldn’t be sent a picture of them beforehand(I had asked for one). The reception flowers all looked beautiful –they were simple but beautifully done.
