WHITESTONE, NY
It is bad enough that their products are five times what Ace hardware charges on Francis Lewis (and they’re no bargain) but the short, dark-​haired worker/​owner is a nasty person. They have Zero customer service skills and I will now spend my money elsewhere. It’s a shame because I wish local businesses like this could stay open.
