I’ve been here several times. Don’t let the name or location fool you. This place has a great upscale menu and presentation of food that has a little bit for everyone’s taste to try at some decent prices. The atmosphere is friendly as is the staff that work there. This is a kind of place that you would want to become a «regular» there. Oh, and if you get the baked potato ask for the herb butter that they serve with the bread. I know I’ll be going here again soon.

Meh. Didn’t have dinner, but lunch was very underwhelming. Staff was friendly but the food certainly wasn’t worth the detour from the interstate. My wife and son had the grilled cheese sandwich with provolone. Wife gave it a 3.5 star and my son said it was a 4. My daughter had the kids spaghetti and said it was below average. I ordered the chicken burrito which was a misleading name. While it said it was covered in queso sauce, it certainly wasn’t what I would call queso. The chicken was diced and seemed to be of the frozen diced chicken variety. I wouldn’t label this a burrito, but rather a chicken Alfredo wrap. But I would still label it a 2. Seemed like something I would make for lunch with leftovers in my fridge. Perhaps dinner is better?

Outside of the price: ZERO complaints! You would never think that this tiny place in Whitestown(where’s Whitestown?) Indiana would have some pretty good food! I have had Itailian food from that Atlantic to the Pacific and I can tell you this; the Bolognese is one of the BEST I have ever had(yeah, I know, it sounds crazy).

Go Inside! The outside of this restaurant does not do it justice. Even if you don’t like the Harley/motorcycle theme interior, the restaurant is still clean and presentable. I stopped in for lunch here and the service was very friendly and fast. The food was really good too as lunch sandwiches go. I had the burger which was really good, my only criticism would be that the bun was obviously out of a package(if not, it was on par with that quality) and became soggy and deflated with the size and juiciness of the burger itself. I would definitely get the burger again though!

This place is confusing… In a good way! It’s a Harley themed, hole in the wall in Whitestown that is absolutely amazing! They have high end choices on the menu. Prime rib, oysters on the half shell and other items you would normally not find in a place like this. We went the sandwich route. Indiana is known for tenderloins and if you are going to put one on the menu… It better be good! It was FANTASTIC! Hand breaded and simply fried to tenderloin perfection. The service was also great! I asked my wife when we left if we could come back for lunch the next day!

If you blink you’ll miss this place. But I was on a mission to find a tiny small town diner and make it my own! The outside looks like you will be highly unimpressed by this place, but realizing that there was NO where to park that night(because it was so full) was a good sign for me! When you walk in you’ll be blown away by how nice this joint is. It’s like an upscale Harley theme, if there is such a thing. And they have delicious food! Besides sandwiches and burgers they also have steaks, prime rib, pasta. All fresh and obviously made from scratch. I got a Reuben and asked them to swap the sauerkraut on top for coleslaw because I like things«New York style». Great prices on wine and beer. Despite all the gravel roads in Boone county I drove down trying to get there, it was a great place to go! I figured out a better route on the way home. If you’re ever driving through rural Boone County be sure to stop!

LA Café is a hidden gem on Main Street in Whitestown. It is just up the road from Anson. The reason for 5 stars: Very friendly and attentive staff, family friendly but also can be more upscale. The lunch menu is very reasonably priced as is their Sunday brunch buffet. Dinner is a little pricier but the offerings are also more upscale from the standard lunch menu. Steaks, seafood etc. If you really crave a burger though just ask and they will gladly prepare if for dinner. They offer outside seating on the patio and often will host various events like wine tastings and wine and canvass type events. If you are looking for a local bar, they have that too. The brownie sundae is a family favorite for and enough to share. They offer catering for events and will host private parties as well. We love that it is a small business and the owner is very hard working and friendly.

You might ask yourself if this is the place for you, with all of the motorcycles around; but I guarantee that you won’t regret it! My favorite dish there is the blackened grilled salmon with the creole sauce! Mmmmm as good as it gets, check it out! Also, make sure to try the Crème brûlée!

Was there last night with friends. I heard no complaints from anyone in our party of 7, and everyone was complimenting on how good everything was. I had the Parmesan crusted pork loin and I have to say it was very good our waitress was very nice and she was very attentive to the entire table. I would definitely return in the future.

Ate here for the Sunday brunch. Upon arrival, I was a little apprehensive due to the exterior. It looked dark, dated, and small. Inside I was met with a pleasant surprise. The interior is modern, bright, and roomy. The staff is friendly and the food was good. I would definitely visit again!

Hidden gem, don’t let the exterior fool you. This is a top notch restaurant hidden in the middle of Whitestown. The outside of the building looks like a sports bar but the inside is fine dining.

I’ve been twice now, and have been impressed both times. The Brie appetizer is creamy smooth. The ribeye was a monster and had great flavor. The pork loin was moist and flavorful. The white chocolate bread pudding was amazing. Service could be a little better, but definitely on my list of places to go back to.

Favorite place on NW side. Friendly service. Baked Brie is so smooth. Tuesday steak special is thick piece of meat. Cheesecake itself is worth the trip(get sauce on the side

We did not know it was under new ownership. It makes quite a difference. I did see Deano(Deano Vino in Fountain Square) there, and he is an owner. The wine list shows his hand. The food was also impressive. We were there on a Monday, the pork chop was half price. So a piece of pork as thick as a door, and less than $ 10.00 is a treat. Pulled pork sandwiches were the choice of the teenagers, Chicken piccata on pasta and Scallops and Shrimp on pasta were two other dishes. All prepared very well. There is a short kids menu as well. Desert was sorbet for the teens, and an interesting blueberry blintz. Yes the motorcycle décor is still in place, but the crowd is all Hoosier. It is worth the trip(just 10 minutes north of 865 and 65N).
