This McDonalds is guaranteed to completely screw up your order. Example: burger with no bun

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Sadly, I go here at least once a week just because it is across the street from me and they can never NEVER get the order right. They manage to screw something up with your order every time. Whether it’s no straws, no syrup for the pancakes, 2 times a coke instead of a Diet Coke, cold fries, a dbl with 8 pickles on it when I asked for a dbl. plain, a dbl made cheese meat meat cheese, or breakfast sandwich with bacon on bottom then cheese then the egg, etc… You get the idea.

The food was okay. The chicken nuggets were not very good. They have very bad and unhealthy meat. The fries made up for it though which are really good. The service was good and was out in 3 minutes. Great place to stop by on the road, not if you are looking for over the top food.

Terrible drive through service… EVERY time! Need new manager. Unilocal wants me to write more, but what else can be said… wait in a line short or long and paying and getting food 3x the normal McDonalds wait.

Service is so bad. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Waited for 10 mins in drive trough then when I got to window manager told me «sorry for your wait, we had to make fresh chicken nuggets for that guy»… Shouldn’t he have pulled forward? Then he handed me cold fries and a chicken sandwich I didn’t order. Not the first time I’ve had bad service here. I’ll drive the extra time to a better McDonald’s

Couldn’t get the order right. They took my receipt and asked me to pull up. I waited 10 min until someone came out. Wrong again n since they took my receipt I gave up & left.

Sadly, I dine here at least once a week due to it’s convenient location. Despite my frequent patronage I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISLOCATIONTOANYONE! Service here is INCREDIBLYSLOW. There have been multiple occasions where I spent well over 10 minutes waiting for just a single meal. Also, customer service is non-existent. Often they don’t even say«hello» or «have a nice day». On multiple occasions I’ve pulled up to the second window to get my food, and had to sit there for 3 – 4 minutes without anyone even opening the window and acknowledging my presence. They see me… I see them… they know I’m waiting for my food and wondering what the hold up is… but they can’t even be bothered to greet me and let me know it’ll be just a moment. When they finally do come to the window and give me my food, there’s no «hello» no apology for the wait… not even a «have a nice day» they just shove the bag out the window in silence. To be clear, this exact experience has happened to me probably 10 times in the last few months alone. Also, I won’t even go into the cold, soggy, brown fries I usually get. I believe the other review. This is a new location and they mess up frequently. I too like McDonalds, but I have given this location many attempts to get it correct. They have not made any mistakes money wise but have messed up 75% of my orders. Sparing a lot of… Blah blah, they can’t make their coffee’s correctly! And it seems every day is their first day. They are nice buuut can’t get it right. My advice with this franchise is definitely don’t make a big order or even a slightly(and I stress slightly) complex order. Hopefully they will get better soon! I love McD’s variety of coffee! It’s really good when they try a little.

I am a huge fan of McDonald’s! Usually great service, great food, great time. Not at this locale. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. It was last Saturday, Dec. 10, at 10:25 in the morning. I just met the 10:30 deadline for breakfast. I was relieved! One small orange juice and an egg and cheese bagel were coming my way. I opened wallet and noticed that I had two $ 20 bills. I would usually just use my debit card, but I thought, «I should probably use up this cash first.» When I pulled up to the cashier window, I handed the young woman one $ 20 bill. It took an unusually long time for Cashier #14 to get me my change. When she finally handed me change, I noticed that it was $ 4.30 — change for a $ 10 bill. I normally don’t even look at the change, but after noticing only $ 4 in one-dollar bills, I was perplexed. I asked the cashier about the change. She looked horrified! She was caught. Instead of stating that she made a mistake, she told me that I handed her a $ 10 bill — not a $ 20. I told her, «no, I handed you a $ 20. I had two in my purse, and now I have one.» When I wouldn’t give up, she told me she’d get her manager. Mind you, it’s now 10:28 a.m. The manager(Mary Kay) came to the window and told me that 1. This was not a good time to have an altercation and 2. That it would take her a few minutes to count the drawer — and stop the line of hungry passengers behind me. Oh, and again, that this was a seriously bad time. I told Mary Kay, I would be happy to wait, but that I was 99% positive that I handed her cashier a $ 20 bill. The manager looked annoyed and asked me to pull forward so they could take care of the other customers. I was fine with that. I just wanted my $ 10 back. Mary Kay came out to tell me that she’d rather call me than have me wait. «Fine,» I said. «Here is my business card and my cell phone number. Please call anytime!» Ten minutes into my drive home, Mary Kay called to tell me that 1. The drawer was not $ 10 over — only $ 1.25 and that another woman claimed to have the same issue, but that they were able to figure it out. My first thought was, there is no way the money would be in the drawer, because the cashier pocketed it. My second thought was, if you’ve had these issues in the same morning with the same cashier– what the heck is the common denominator!!! Mary Kay apologized but told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her«happy holidays!» but that I wanted her to be aware of that cashier and the fact that she seems to be stealing from customers. I also told her that I would be back later in the afternoon to claim my receipt. When I walked back into the store, Mary Kay didn’t recognize me after taking a shower and fixing myself up, but gladly gave my receipt back. I told her again, that I would love nothing more for her to prove me wrong– but that she couldn’t at this point. Oh, and on my receipt, it shows the cash tendered as $ 5.70– the amount of my order and the change as $ 0.00. I told her that she should teach her cashiers to input the correct amount of money into the system. Mary Kay told me that the cashier«normally did» but accidentally entered the wrong amount, cleared it out and entered the order total in place of the amount I gave her– proof again, that they have no record of me handing them a $ 10 or a $ 20 bill. Normally, I would just let something like this go, but I’ve experienced these type of occurrences way too many times lately. Customers need to be aware and alert when dealing with drive-through folk so that issues like this don’t happen. It’s more than just the $ 10– in fact, I spent more in gas to drive back up to Whitestown to get my receipt. It’s about doing what is honorable and good. It’s not OK for kids to steal EVER. If people let things like this happen, people will continue to take advantage. Which is again, NOTOK.
