Had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Approached them regarding a used Ford Flex they had available. Kristina was friendly, responsive and direct. Price was very fair and the vehicle was like new. The owner Kurt spent nearly 30 mins. with me going over the features and functions of the vehicle – even with a used car! He even helped connect our phone to the Bluetooth function and reprogrammed the keyless entry with a new code for us. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Great folks and a great dealership. Highly recommend them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are rude and did a terrible job on my car. I ended up going somewhere else and it cost me 500 dollars to fix the problems that this place caused. After they rolled my window down and it wouldn’t roll up, they did not fix the problem, they just gave me back my car and told me not to roll my window down until I come in for a dignosis which cost 95 dollars. And that doesn’t even include what was wrong with it. They broke the window and did not fix it for me for free. I’m an furious with ketterhagen motors and I will never ever go back.
