McDonald’s

This McDonalds will screw an order up more often than not. It’s not like the bar is set terribly high to begin with. Last visit I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, only ketchup. They left the cheese off, who considers cheese a condiment? Cheese is in the name of the sandwich for crying out loud.

I’m gonna keep this short because normally I’d never review a chain, but McDonald’s is one of the few examples where consistency differs from location to location. I went here for quick supper with my 74 year old grandmother, and was served by staff who were clearly high. If your job is so bad that you need to come in under the influence of drugs just to work it, then that’s probably a sign you should quit. Goes without saying service was slow, when food was finally served it was thankfully still at least lukewarm. Line at the drive thru when we left was quite long, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them were still sitting there now.
Skip this place and go dine with the King down the road.

Recently renovated. When they reopened, they hired a bunch of new people who seem like good employees. Friendly service, quick. Food is what you would expect from McD’s.
