Saturday March 15th, Tony and I was driving around near the Yahoo Falls in Kentucky and we noticed the sign for the Alum Ford, so we thought why not. So we drove the additional 2 miles(one way) from the turn off for Yahoo Falls to see the Ford. We were slightly disappointed. It really is just a road that ends at the river so you can put your boats into the water. Above the parking lot area is some restrooms and picnic tables but NOGRILLS. very narrow parking up there and hard to turn around even with an empty parking lot so imagine if there are some cars there. Also very disappointed because it was Filthy. litter and trash everywhere. I can understand not having hired people but come on peeps. if you are picnicking here or using your boat. then CLEANUPAFTERYOURSELF.
