I used to go here years ago and no matter who I saw, I loved the result. I went there today to trim a few inches off and ended up with a layered bowl cut. I even showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted — a short, blunt cut. I sobbed the entire way home and now don’t know how to fix my hair.
I think their prices and customer service are excellent, but was very disappointed in my experience today.

Great place! if you want an upscale experience for decent prices this is where you should go. They are professional and friendly and so clean! I have never really had a great haircut until I went here! I am also sold on the nail tech Pat! She is friendly and does an amazing Job! She was out for a few months and I thought I was going to go crazy. I went to 3 different salons and my experience was horrible. The product at the other salons lifted so quick and I felt like I was just a dollar sign. They did not speak english and were not personable. Pat is personable, listens to me when I talk, has a great product, and the salon is welcoming and comfortable. I feel so relaxed when I go to John Russel Studio. I am truly pampered there!
