Sometimes it isn’t how good the service is but how you are treated when they don’t go exactly right. I called ahead to be sure they still had the limited time fish sandwich, then stopped and they took my order only to discover that the bag in the freezer was something else. I wanted to leave, but decided to switch. Michelle & Kim very sorry for the error, and through in a few extra onion rings. They turned a disappointment into a very nice encounter. BTW did you know that Arby’s has the absolutely best fast food onion rings?
