Dang. The milkshake machine has been broken for over 3 weeks and STILL not repaired??? Bypass this location at all cost. Go hungry or up a couple of exits where real McDonald’s have working restaurant equipment!

This mcdonalds is slow! The drive thru takes way too long to be a drive thru. Took me 5 minutes to get to the 1st window.

I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s three times and I haven’t been able to eat here. Twice it was because it was being remodeled. And the third time because there was a busload of kids from Charlotte-​Mecklenburg schools on some sort of field trip (to DC? where?) clogging the entire place. All of this isn’t this McDonald’s fault, and I hate to be a hater, but my bad luck colors this review.

It’s McDonald’s love it or hate it. It just got upgraded and rebuilt to a double drive thru so that’s good news. And of course McDonald makes the best coke. :)
