First time I try them and they have the dumbest drivers. Can’t find our address and then disappears without saying a thing. We had to call the store to find out what was happening multiple times. Stick to papa johns for now.

The pizza was good. Service was fast but the waitress wasn’t very friendly. When she would come to the table(to bring the pizza or take the plates) I would thank her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. However, I have came before and didn’t have any problems and that same girl has been there before and she was pretty nice. Maybe it was just a bad night. Overall it’s a good place and I’ll keep coming back.

The pizza here is very goood! It is jus the right amount of dough, perfect amount of toppings, and tastes fresh every time. Match this with the awesome customer service, and you’ve got yourself a great pizzaria.

I walked into this establishment at 8:00 after working a full shift fundraising door to door for a charity. All I was looking to do was buy a Coke/Pepsi to wake me up for my drive home, and the owner immediately accused me of trying to use their bathroom without buying anything, accused me of being drunk, and tried to tell me to leave. I had to show him my staff shirt for my charity and my I.D. badge before he would even listen to my order. I politely paid for my order, tipped him, and left without even an apology. I have never experienced someone in the food service industry who was so rude and aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Let me start by saying, I absolutely love their pizza! It’s their customer service that sucks! We come here often(once or twice a week) despite the customer service, however, this passed Saturday I had it & will never return. My family walked in at 8:12pm, online says they close at 10pm but manager says they close at 9pm. I politely asked if we can still order. He rudely replied, «You can order BUT I CLOSE at 9(while hitting his finger on the counter while saying the CAPITALIZED words). It was so unfortunate because we were a party of 14 about to purchase a great amount of food. He must not need the business but that’s okay because we ended up at STUFTPIZZA in Whittier. A lil further away but that will be our new pizza spot. Their pizza is superb, well worth the price & they have excellent customer service. Not to mention that when I came to 3 Alarm last week their crust was different-thick & doughy, not risen & airy like usual. I have been to STUFT3 times now passed their closing hour & not once have we ever been reminded of their closing time.

I am a pizza lover. I ordered a pepperoni green pepper and mushroom pizza. To be honest the pizza here isn’t that great. Id say normal pizza. I also ordered the spaghetti with meatballs which was pretty good. I’d recommend trying other places that have better pizza with more generous toppings and cheese.

Great pizza! Fun place! Awesome for kids/teams/groups… And…, while I think the above says what needs to be said, this app is whining that my post is too short. Maybe this will do it.

Came to this place with family on Friday afternoon at approximately 4:30pm. The place was empty, I guess everybody were getting off from work or going to activities. Anyways, we ordered a large 3 alarm pizza. Gosh, it was so thick and large for family of 4. We shoulda had ordered medium with thin crust. The game room was completely dark and off, my 4 years old daughter wanted to play, but the room were off. The quality of food was average. Is it affordable? No, it is a little expensive. It was almost $ 30 for a large 3 alarm pizza with 3 foundation soda drinks. No free refills. 50 cents per refill. Will we come back, less than likely.

Another excellent pizza from 3 Alarm, but this time we had a little bonus! This is(I think) my 5th pizza here, and all of them have been very good. Spicy, tasty, good cheese to crust ratio, good amount of pepperoni. Just like the other 4 times, I used the $ 3.00 off coupon you get for doing a check-in on Unilocal. The difference this time is that the employee(owner? manager?) informed me that the coupon is only good for the large pizza. I always order the extra large. I was severely bummed. Seeing the confusion on my face — and probably the annoyance as well — instead of being a jerk, this guy said he would let me use the coupon! He didn’t have to, but he decided that keeping a customer happy was more important than whether or not a rule was followed. He did let me know that I would only be able to use it for a large next time, though. I have to say that I was impressed. Customer service is becoming very rare of late. I have been treated poorly in convenience stores, fast food joints, and more. I fully expected him to react the same way. I was very pleasantly surprised. I’m a little ashamed to admit that, too. I will definitely be going back… but I just might go for the large next time! Thank you to the man who helped me, for caring more about customers than rules.

Love the awesome pizza at 3 Alarm! It’s a great place for kids, and teams. They have a video game room, a banquet room, lots of TVs, and plenty of seating.

This place is a mom and pop pizza place. Its really good, pizza was greasy but not over the top greasy, the wings were good and spicy. There plenty of seating, and even a little arcade(like shakeys) for the kids to play with. I came at night and they have a check in offer they validated. The girl that was working there said the owner was her uncle and its a family business. I would go again, they usually have specials for pitchers of beer during sports game. Attire is casual and parking in the front.

A co-worker told me about this place awhile back and we have been coming here for pizza and rib tips. The pizza has a nice thick crust and they pack on the toppings. They now have BBQ Rib Tips, which my husband is in love with. As many have said, it’s a great place for a large group. They have 3 long rows of tables with benches and some booths along the perimeter. If there aren’t any big sporting events going on, or it’s not right after Little League games, you can find a seat without a problem. They show the Dodger games there, so on game days it gets pretty packed because 3 Alarm has TWC and many other places do not. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the ambience is chill. It’s definitely our go-to pizza spot.

As a vet team parent to my son’s soccer team, 3 Alarm Pizza is my go-to for end of season parties. My first year, I made the mistake of booking on a Sunday… never again! This place gets PACKED as other teams use them as well. Even so, I thought the quality of the food and the price was great so I kept coming back. The place itself is a decent size with long tables and picnic style seating. They also have a separate room for parties and for arcade games that kids can’t get enough of. Since I always show up with a mob of 30 plus people, we don’t fit in the party room but they are gracious enough to reserve half of their place to accommodate us. Make sure to call first! They also have 3 or 4 large TV’s where they show different games(basketball, baseball, football) which keeps the men happy. As for the pizza, I think it’s really really good! I will say they are a million times better than your chain joints. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and they make em cheesy which makes ME very happy! They have a great menu with pasta dishes, wings, and pretty much everything you need to keep people gorging. They hook up your team with pizza(call and ask for details) which makes my parents happy. They also have a great selection of tap beer and my trusty Strawberritas because after 3 months of being a mother to10 soccer kids, I need one or 3. Good service: Check Great Food: Check Keeps Kids Entertained: Check Keeps Dad’s Entertained: Check Serves Alcohol to the Tired and Weary: Check and Check This is definitely going to continue to be our team spot! Check them out if you are in the area! You get a discount if you check-in…just sayin.

Not bad! My husband and I ordered a medium pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese and some yummy bacon bites pizza! When the pizza came out it definitely looked like they used REAL ingredients. The cheese was super stretchy not like the fake stuff that just crumbles. They also put plenty of toppings on the pizza. I loved how BIG all the toppings were and that the bacon bites were actually big pieces instead of the tiny little flakes at other pizza shops. You can see EACHTOPPING making the pizza look delicious. What I enjoy the most was the dough. I love bread and I am always judging a pizza by its dough. We got the basic crust. It was a medium crust, not to thick and not to thin. It was very light and fluffy and had a great flavor. The only complaint I have about the pizza is that there wasn’t enough sauce. When we asked the gentlemen to make sure it had plenty of sauce and isn’t dry he said if he puts a little more it’s an extra charge but the usually amount should be good enough. He was wrong I would have enjoyed it with a tad bit more. Also, the sauce could have more flavor. Besides, loving a good crust I love sauces and know a great pizza sauce when I taste it. This was just an average sauce or generic as I call it. One that everyone has! Some pizza places think the toppings are more important than the sauces. Don’t get me wrong toppings are important however, if the pizza sauce is amazing it makes the entire pizza even better than the COMPETITION. I would go back again and try a think crust next time. The customer service was great! Everyone was very friendly and greeted you immediately as you walked in.
