Best Self Storage

I rented a space in the rv parking across the street for about 7 to 8 yrs. The hours of operation suck no auto locking pad to open door to get in. Lunch hour always seem to change an would always have to wait for them so could get in. The guy that runs the place acts like he owns it an careless for the customer. Place is out dated and run down. Needs new management and remodel of gate system. Hands down sucks only reason I stayed its local. No longer rent from them. Found way better place. My driveway.

If I could go below one star on this place i would. This place sucks. I have been a customer for 10 years or so and they could care less. There are no lights in the units, they make up their own business hours to suit themselves, the place never seems open when you need to get something and the kicker is that the main drive through gate had been non operational for weeks now. That means you have to carry your storage up and down a hill and up into the second floor of this place. Now come on its 2013. You mean to tell me that in this day and age that if a motor breaks on a gate there is no way of manually opening it… So if i was up in this place when the gate went down, I guess they would tell me, so sorry but your car is stuck here for two plus weeks… Good luck to you though. What a joke this place is…
But if you are late a couple days, I guarantee their computer system does not go down, because you get that late payment tacked on quicker then a bullet to the head… Good luck with this Jip Joint!!!
