Burger King

One of the worst burger king’s I’ve ever ate at. Just look at my pic I posted! The inside is tagged up and restrooms are disgusting! The FDA should shut this place down!!!

Review is for 1÷13÷16 after 9pm
Whoever the girl was that was working didn’t know how to use the drive-​thru system and she didn’t know proper procedures. Instead of saying, «I’ll be with you in just a second.» She just stopped responding to us and she didn’t even ask what kind of drink I wanted or what size. I had to drive up to the window and tell her. She didn’t apologize for not properly taking my order. I thought she was just having a hard time because she seemed new to the restraunt but now I can see that this is just her job performance… When I eventually got to the drive thru window after sitting behind two cars, the inside of the place was clear so there was no reason for her not to verify my order. To top that off my order looked like it was just tossed together and not properly made. The fries were a small when my combo was medium and this ticks me off because the portions are not what you pay for here so they should get it right. This place is starting to get bad again! Might need to start going to the BK that’s on Washington Blvd.

Cold fries and sauggy lettuce doesn’t seem to be right for me I don’t get it all I wanted was something good to eat smh

It was too early to deal with the level of stupidity I had to endure in the drive thru today.
I ordered 6 croissanwiches. 2 sausage, 4 bacon.
I didn’t realize that what I thought was a simple order would turn into a nightmare.
I would have had better luck explaining the theory of relativity or wormholes to a 3 year old.
I had to explain 4 bacon, 2 sausage five times to the guy.
Ordered 2 orange juices and 2 coffees.
The cream and sugar questions made me want to commit suicide right there in line.
So, I get my orange juice (singular) and asked for my other orange juice. He charges me for another oj. I wanted to reach in the window and open up his head and toss in some gum wrappers so he would have something in there.
Finally, my sandwiches come. Yep. He got that wrong too.
I got 4 sausage and 2 bacon.
It took everything in me (as well as the dear sweet baby Jesus) to not go postal on him as I had to park my truck and go in to correct my order. He looked clueless as I told him «I had to tell you 5 times ‘4 bacon and 2 sausage and you got it wrong’ !»
I will never come back.
He was a Big Asian guy. I didn’t see a name on him or the receipt. It was 10:30 am on Sunday the 18^th.
If BK wants to shed some unnecessary overhead, get rid of this guy. Do Whittier this favor.

They need to improve the service there. Drive thru wait for the most simple and straight forward order takes them forever to process. Some employees aren’t friendly and they have almost ALWAYS gotten my order incorrect. The food itself is good, but the people working their need improvement.

I was in the mood for Burger King which doesn’t happen very often. It’s a once a year kinda craving thing…
I was in the area so i said what the heck why not!
I waited in drive-​through approximately 22 minutes, good thing i wasn’t in any rush!
Despite the long wait my chicken fingers were cold.
Saddest feeling of all. Almost frozen no joke .
Not worth driving back to get well cooked ones !!!
” BK” you just lost a costumer. I’m over it !

Orders take forever. finally when getting the order and getting home it was wrong and a plain burger. worse service

So slow! Not very welcoming. They can’t even honor a Burger King coupon on a phone if it has no code but the coupon reads good till 03/​31/​2015 IN STORE.

This place has no vibe, its very unwelcoming, maybe put on some music in the background, plus side is the girls that work here are cute

Slowest freaking place ever. Isn’t it supposed to be called fast food for a reason? This place took forever to get the food and I was in drive through. I don’t get it, never had I had this issue of slow service. Waited about 5 – 10 minutes for the girl to take my order too and they did not have cherry icee so I asked for a lemonade and they said that wasn’t working either. Seriously?!
Then after waiting so long I get a I’m sorry in which I said it was okay. Then she said my total was $ 3 something and I questioned it cause I got a original chicken sandwich meal. And when she came back with my card I said I got the meal and she’s like no fries and nuggets. I said wrong person. She apologized I told her what I ordered she walked away and then said she wouldn’t charge me the $ 4 difference. Good cause if she did I swear I would’ve raises some hell and left.
Other then the not charging me and giving my what I ordered this Burger King is awful. I would never come back.

Ahhhh where to start, well for starters if you’ve been coming to this location since before 2010 then you know how horrible the wait times used to be… But this location has gotten a lot better surprisingly. The only thing that sucks about this location is its very inconsistent. Some days service will be quick, food is hot, drinks are still cold when I get home, and I can enjoy everything all together. Sometimes the food is really fresh but the meat on the burgers/​sandwiches aren’t so that defeats the purpose and some times you can get hot burger and Luke warm fries… Anyways I’m not necessarily here to put this BK down because they’ve always been friendly to me since I first started coming here… I like this location because I’m very familiar with the employees inside & they don’t make me feel awkward when ordering…

I love the big king I buy it the night before wrap it in foil and perfect to microwave at work. Never disappointed always good.

Seriously greatest chicken sandwhich BBBUUTTTT the wait is always FOREVER! I guess good food takes time. anyways… it literally melts in your mouth.

Yo ya no iba a éste lugar, por que la atención era pésima, los manejadores Salvador y Araceli siempre están platicando, por lo mismo se tardaban mas de 30 minutos en entregar la orden y siempre equivocada las personas en la cocina siempre están trabajando rápido pero éstas personas echan a perder el negocio, espero que ahora que cambarion de store mánager se mejore la situación y así poder ir otra vez por que es el lugar que me queda mas cerca de mi casa

I have eaten here about a dozen times and I have always found the quality of the food to be good. I mean, it’s Burger King, so I don’t expect the Four Seasons.
One of the things I noticed about this last visit (today) is the girl who waited on me asked me if there was anything else I wanted «to complete my meal.»
I have always hated it when a server asks me, «Is that it?», or «Is that all?» As though I am not spending enough money to suit them.
Many decades ago, when I worked fast food, we were told to ask, «would you like anything else?» We never implied that they needed to spend more money.
It might be a little thing, but it is something I have noticed over the years.
My only complaint about this place is something I have noticed the last 4 times I’ve visited, there is always this one vehicle that is parked across 2 spaces. It has to be an employee’s vehicle, and since (obviously) no one higher up ever says anything, I assume it is the franchise owner’s vehicle.
If you read this, parking in 2 spaces is very inconsiderate; knock it off!

Employees are friendly, food is normal BK food.
Inside is usually dead. Drive-​thru line never really long.

Yo, read my review on IN-​N-​OUT… where the animal-​style fries cost $ 3.30… and you’ll find this except to be the perfect compliment: D
So… i got 3 burgers here for the price of my wife’s animal-​style fries from IN-​N-​OUT. We got a good laugh at it as I guilt tripped her in spending that kinda money in this economy. Yes, I’m a cheap-​skate – but hey, I’m working on it!
Yeah yeah yeah, quality-​schmolity. These burgers were GOOD!!! I had the BK Stacker… I love the BBQ sweetness combined w/​the bacon crisp!
It kinda makes me wonder if they really did contract mathematicians and scientists to concoct this fine hunk of a burger (If you haven’t seen the commercial then ignore this paragraph, haha).
The service was quick and the drive-​thru server was friendly in scanning the menu to see how much 2 tacos cost… MY BAD BURGER KING, I thought you guys still served 2 Tacos like JACK does – I swear I was sober.
Burger King serves as a STRONG alternative when you feel like you deserve more than what McD’s hooks you up w/​for a buck – this location is NO EXCEPTION.
Way to go BK.

Your usually processed meat fare. Nothing special. I would of gave them 5 stars, but this is the second time I go in there, and either the air conditioner is broke, or to warm to be comfortable.
