Chen Chung-Lien, MD

Dr. Chen is my primary care physician. He is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for over 10 years for my diabetic condition and other health care issues. I live in Anaheim and have contemplated to change physicians to a closer place to home, but I cannot get myself to do this, because good doctors are very hard to find. He is caring, patient, and listens to my health concerns in great detail and has always taken great care of me. His assistant, Cindy is very kind, personable, and is proactive with my medical concerns and will relay messages to Dr. Chen. She is great with following up on my lab work and will get me in for follow up visits ASAP. I am extremely pleased with their services.

I have been coming here for years now and although the Dr is very good, the wait times are maddening. When you’re feeling really ill, the last thing you want is to wait over an hour to see the Dr for your scheduled appt. I have been sitting here in pain waiting. I would understand if this was a one time thing, but the last few times I have come, this has been the case.

After getting vertigo twice this year I attempted both times to see Dr. Chen. It was very hard to get an appointment but after my first visit I was happy with the concern that Dr. Chen expressed towards my condition.
I’m happy I found a good doc!

This is my MD and is located near home which is a plus. I started getting sick on Wednesday and called in but they were totally booked and wasn’t accepting even walk ins. The receptionist said I could come in on Friday and I arrived a 8:00 am when they opened.
I ended up waiting just over an hour which was what I was quoted and my diagnosis was bronchitis. I ended up getting prescripts for cough medicine and antibiotics.
Checks and cash are excepted only for co payments here and I’m glad I made the effort to visit Dr Chen — next visit a physical exam.
