Closets by Design

I’ve used 2 closet companies. Closet factory for a built in closet and they were awful; Hidden fees and lack luster work. I heard Closets by Design would be better, so I recently used them for a home office project. While I compliment the designer, Dion, with being an expert in his field and well intentioned, this company is very POOR. The installation day was a mess, cabinets not built to spec and we were delivered a desk with hacked seams. The designer made them fix it quickly, but even after the final install (check cashed) the design was not correct and required retrofitting. It took a month for a service call (guess when it’s on their dime, customer service doesn’t matter). They have still not fixed the problems, and I wait week after week for another service call. I wish I had researched other companies, I would not use Closets by Design again. Be Wary, these guys are not high quality or customer service oriented.
