Best customer service! They are helpful and courteous. The ice cream is the best, 2nd day in a row coming back and won’t be the last. Great for any time of the day.

Ordered a medium sized cookies and cream to share and it was amazing! The ice cream so was thick and creamy and there was a lot of crunch from the cookies. Our ice cream came out really quickly and the service was good. Definitely coming back!

It was really good we got the cookies & cream ice cream and it was delicious. A little sad that they didn’t have their one lactose free option available today but still all around a nice little place to stop in for some ice cream

The place is clean and has seating inside and outside. The only problem with this place is that the ice cream takes a while to make due to the nitrogen. It doesn’t melt as fast though as does regular ice cream. It tastes a little harder than regular. They have many different flavors. I had the bubble gum and it tasted just like it.

I love this place so much. It’s truly the best ice cream I’ve had in my life. And I’ve tried everything from the cheapest to the pricy, fancy stuff. The staff have always been friendly and attentive every time I’ve gone, and the store clean, and bright. The ice cream is on the more expensive side, and can take some time to make, which is the only reason I can’t give them a perfect score. However I feel it’s worth it because the creaminess of the ice cream is phenomenal. The wide variety of flavors is impressive too. I’ve tried Nutella, Cookies and Cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Chocolate Brownie, Rose, Bubblegum, and Milk Tea. The first two are customer favorites for a reason, and I also quite like the Milk Tea and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The others tasted exactly as advertised, but they were flavors my companions choose that I got a bite of, and just weren’t ones I liked. Well, I did like the Rose flavor, but I think it’s weird in ice cream. It had a very natural and delicate flavor to it that perfectly captures the essence of the flower though. Be sure to sign up for their membership program to get coupons and rack up reward points! Also check in on Unilocal for $ 1 off any size ice cream and Facebook for a free topping.

Delicious icecream, cool atmosphere, and great customer service. The texture is unique and superior to normal icecream. Also, the flavors are very palatable with a variety to choose from. It’s delightful to have it made right in front of you. It’s simple to sign up for the rewards program, only a phone number is needed. Highly recommended!

Came here for some ice cream and have had other places that use the same concept however for some reason this place tasted more like chemicals rather than ice cream and the flavor was a bit off.

I had a cheesecake ice cream with strawberry topping. It was good and tasted fresh. But the cheesecake flavor was very light. Tasted more like a plain vanilla. Not sure if I see this liquid nitrogen gimmick lasting very long. It takes them a few minutes to make the ice cream and it’s very pricey. A small is 5.50 and that’s with no toppings. Yikes. I think I like the feel of regular ice cream shops better anyways, seeing all the ice cream and getting it scooped in front of you.

If you haven’t tried the new liquid nitrogen ice cream trend, you should! It’s one of those things that you should tried once.(After that, it’s not really worth trying again). It’s a cool and fun! The ice cream and price point is okay. I mainly gave this place a try for the experience. I ordered the small with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was everything I expected. Not horrible but not great.

The place was very clean and we were greeted upon walking in. The guy told me their top flavor was cookies & cream, so that’s what I got. I got strawberries mixed in as well. My boyfriend got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream with peanut butter mixed it. Cookies & cream with strawberries was really rich in flavor! I really liked it although it was really sweet with the strawberries mixed in. The small seems small, but it’s actually a lot once you start eating it by yourself. Cinnamon Toast Crunch with peanut butter had Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal mixed into it as well. Super good, but it was too much peanut butter flavor for me. My boyfriend loved it though. The ice cream took awhile to make, as expected from these liquid nitrogen joints. It was worth it though. Remember to check in on Unilocal for $ 1 off your ice cream and check in on Facebook for a free topping. The only thing that I wish they didn’t charge for was for toppings. I think it would be nice to including the first topping free and charge for the rest. It was $ 5.50 for a small ice cream + $ 0.75 for a topping. Just make sure you check in on both social media platforms to save!

It’s neat how they make the ice in front of you. My brother got cinnamon toast ice cream and it was rally good. The ice cream comes out really thick and rich. I got horchata flavor and couldn’t really taste the horchata. It is pricey for ice cream but they do have interesting flavors, it’s made in front of you and customized. It’s worth it if you get a unique flavor that has good flavor.

Staff: super friendly. The guy greeted us and explained the whole menu to us. They use fresh ingredients with no additives ^_^ yum ~ Experience: The first time I came to Creamology was about 2 weeks ago and after I saw the prices, I left. 5.50 for a small size was ridiculous to me at the time. But today I decided to give it a try and. Omg. Literally the best ice cream my taste buds have ever tasted. The consistency was perfect — not too creamy and not too hard. I read reviews on Unilocal about the wait and there was no wait at all when I went. Creamology is definitely worth the try and I might even make weekly visits: o) Now … CREAMOLOGYORCREAMISTRY?! I actually stopped by creamistry a few hours later cus I wanted to compare the two and creamistry is even more expensive and I thought the consistency was TOO hard. They were both pretty good, but personally I prefer creamology. It’s in a nice location too with a target next door so you can take a nice stroll around target while eating your delicious ice cream hehe ^_~

This is arguably the creamiest ice cream that I’ve ever had. I had the nutella chocolate with Oreos mixed in. You don’t get to choose your cream base like Creamistry. They only use regular milk as a base from«nearby farms», and I’m not sure what that exactly means. The ice cream itself has a very thick and almost butter-like consistency. It was a struggle to get some scoops out of it. If you like a creamy and heavy ice cream, this place might be for you. I guess I’ll just stick with Creamistry for liquid nitrogen-made ice cream.

Let’s keep it real, folks. Is the ice cream here creamy? Yes! Abso-freakin-lutely. ‘Cream’ology lives up to its name and deliver some of the creamiest ice cream I’ve ever had. No doubt about that. However, it’s the actual flavor that was lacking. I tried the horchata ice cream and it straight up tasted like plain vanilla. I don’t know what happened but the esscene of horchata was definitely missing. For all the money I paid($ 5.50 for a small — yikes!) I expected a lot more. The cream factor was delivered on but everything else was just eh.
