The staff was amazing! Emerald did such a fantastic job with my so today! She was so professional, enthusiastic and attentive! I believer the other assists was Teasa and she was beyond fantastic helping me select the best option for my package deal. The studio was clean very well lite and the selection of back drops were perfect! Best experience for my sons first time pictures. I’ll defiantly becoming back.

I’ve been coming here with my daughter for my grandsons pictures every year and I always love how they come out. I’m not sure what her name was but it was a blonde lady that always took his pictures and always found a way to make my grandson smile!

Certain baby props on the website/wall in studio were not available. Photographer was called out three times during our photo shot. Blankets and props were thrown on the floor in the corner. The worker said they were left there from earlier workers. We had to hold the backgrounds(which one was torn and stained). I offered to use one of our baby blankets at this point. Viewed pictures and were not happy, asked for a retake. We waited for the two other families to retake photos. I felt we were rushed on the 2nd round of photos taken. And it was so cold in there! Our poor 2 wk. old was freezing! Viewed pictures for 2nd time and were not really happy but bought a few. Employees were of no help to us and acted like they could care less. My fingers were in some of the photos, some were not centered and some had the baby’s hands in front of her face. Our appt was at 5 pm and we got out of there just after 8 pm! We looked at the pictures online the next day and we wanted a refund. We called and were given the run around to get our refund, we had to go through a lot of bs to get our money back. Not one employee ever once said they were sorry for our inconvenience, I hope you give us another chance, we will look into this issue so that it doesn’t happen again– absolutely nothing at all. What it all comes down to is that we were treated poorly and that isn’t right. We called the store manager and explained the situation and then we got a call back from the studio district manager to follow up. Those two both apologized and promised to make changes in the studio for the better. I have never gone through anything like this before and that is why I took it to management, no one ever deserves to be treated so poorly. I hope their employees go through some customer service training. We will not be returning to that location ever again.

I took my daughter here for her newborn photos. Boy was that a mistake. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a private photographer but in retrospect that probably would have been cheaper. We landed up spending $ 275 for an hour of sitting time and we walked away with 0 prints on hand and a CD to go print(and spend more money) elsewhere. As this is our first child we have zero experience with how to dress a newborn for photos or what to bring and the woman that I spoke to was not helpful with that. All she said was to bring her early in the day. When we got there my daughter just woke up and was hungry, the girl was patient as we fed her and changed her diaper so that was nice. But then as we were taking her pictures it was freezing in the room! Why they wouldn’t have a space heater for newborn photos is beyond me. My daughter screamed the whole time because she was cold, we were lucky we got two or three good shots of her. I will never come back here ever agian
