Where do I start… I needed 1 glass plaque and 1 red heart engraved for a Sheriff graduation for the next day. I was charged $ 149!!! for a small thick plastic 3×3 heart and 1 glass frame. Because it being last minute, I had to pay it. We went over what I wanted engraved and off I went. The following day I went to pick up the items. Not only was the engraving sideways on the heart, the sergeants name was spelled wrong!!! OMGosh… as I had to present them at the graduation in an hour. I took a deep breath and took them for presentation purposes and informed them that I would be back to have them replaced. The wife was chewing the husband out in Korean but I couldn’t understand anything. they looked bothered at me like«I» did something wrong… smh When I went to get the situation fixed the wife(this is a husband and wife business) said they did not have any more of the hearts(which I fell in love with) so she offered me another and I agreed that it was ok. I asked her to please change the last letter of the name(that I misspelled) from a «Z» to an «S». She said ok. The following day I get a call from the husband and he wanted to charge me ANOTHER $ 20 to change the letter!!! Are you kidding me!!! After all you have put me through and you still want more!!! I should be getting a discount. I didn’t say all that but I did tell him I was not going to any more money, and he refused to make the change. So, I told him I would go in for a refund. The glass plaque(which was different from what I wanted because supposedly they had no more of the original ones there either) came out ok, but not what I originally wanted. I went in for a refund for the heart and here we go again. The husband tries to bargain with me and says that«I only have to pay $ 10 instead of $ 20 because I made the mistake» Mind you, he has the«NEW» fully engraved heart and shows it to me. I told him again that I am not paying any more money. Then goes the Korean talk(which I think is very rude) that I can’t understand, and you can tell the wife is telling him to just give it to me. Yet he refuses and tells me I’m taking a loss. No… the loss is on you part because not only did you ruin the original heart, you made a new one and thought you were going to bully me into paying more and when I refuse you don’t want to give me that one, so now you lost that piece AND I want my money back. He began yelling at me and I told him numerous times to stop yelling at me. He had the nerve to say hes not yelling it’s his bad English. I told him«NO, I understand you perfectly, your tone has nothing to do with English. He literally was yelling at me like a child and I just kept asking for my money so I could leave. This place had a lot of items to choose from. Maybe if I gave them a week to work on it, it would have come out different because he was blaming me for the mistakes saying he didn’t have enough time… HUH??? He sure had no problem taking my money and saying he could do it… But anyhow, I like to be treated like a valued customer not looked at as money and that’s how I felt. The wife is nice and tried to fix things, but since they work hand in hand I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Now I have to search for another place to get the heart done… How horrible to hand someone something and say«Hey it’s messed up so I need it back and I will get a new one to you later.» Tacky!

This place is great! I had them make a trophy for my fantasy football league and it came out AMAZINGLY! It was a little expensive, but well worth it. Also, the order was taken over the phone, with follow-up by e-mail. The owner, Helen, was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a trophy.
