Very rude, unscrouplous front office staff, seems to be a reflection of the doctor and the way the place is run. They referred our son to a Vision therapy center. The doctor at the vision therapy center gave a prescription and as a courtesy to the referring doctor asked for Dr Kokoris’s office to fill the prescription out.
No action was taken for weeks. The front office lady would say things like, it is in the doctor’s table but has not been reviewed yet. Finally they said they have to fill out a new prescription.
Since our son has a special case of amblyopia, we were concerned that they shouldn’t change the prescription and affect his eye sight. We even requested the doctor from the Vision therapy center to call and she was yelled at by the lady at the front office.
Bad office, they seem to have hidden agendas and very rude and unhelpful people at the front office who need to be fired, STAY AWAY from this place.
