Dr. Marquez has been a lifesaver for me. I won’t go into my specific issues, but he has really listened to me and addressed my problems with a combination of practical and therapeutic advice and medicine. He seems to really care about getting me on a road to a better life.
I’ve had other shrinks that barely listen to you, or even discount your feelings/​perceptions/​issues. I’ve just wanted to ask them, «what are you basing these prescriptions on then??» Not with Dr. Marquez though Very personalized and thoughtful treatment.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. They do get busy though and sometimes there is a wait, but good luck finding a psychiatrist, or especially psychologist who doesn’t have a wait…

You better come here with a lot of money or a very expensive insurance plan! I have ppo insurance and he didn’t want to even talk to me because my insurance is a monthly payment thing. Horrible service, very rude! Thankfully money is not a big issue for me at this time, but I guess that’s what happens when you don’t give someone a chance l. Good luck Bruce.

Friendly staff, and a very professional, informative doctor. Would recommend. Has helped me with my anxiety and get better in the last coupl months I’ve been seeing this doc.

Very nice, patient doctor. Does not rush and has a father — like quality. Since this was my first visit I’ll add more later but so far I like him and the office staff (she’s a sweetie!). Felt very comfortable waiting and during the initial appointment process. The office is tucked away in a courtyard setting so the front does not scream «CRAZY PEOPLE ENTER THOUGH HERE!!!» it’s just the address… nice and discreet.
