I brought my Aunt here for shoes last week. We did not have an appointment but were greeted with fantastic service from Kevin. He was clearly the only employee in the non-​appointment section; it was busy and he was juggling multiple customers but he managed to answer all of our questions, provide multiple styles/​sizes and make our shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you Kevin!

Everyone here is very nice and it seems like an excellent store. IF you have small feet. I wear a 9.5 and I have plantar fasciitis. I wanted to give this store my business because I like to shop local. I have come in about five times over the last three months looking for something in my size. Despite being repeatedly told by the salesman that new stock was coming in they have yet to have anything in my size. Tomorrow I will be heading over to Whittwood shoes. Very frustrating.

I have been taking my mom here for over 10 years for diabetic inserts. Benjamin is Fantastic. He is always making it the best for comfort. Now I need orthotics. Since my insurance doesn’t cover I am going to them. They are much less expensive than the Podiatrist, and I know the work will be the best. I thoroughly trust these guys and highly recommend them. Customer service is the best.

I went into Marsdens today and they treated my dad so well it made my heart burst. They fitted my dad for new shoes and gave us some new knowledge about how feet grow over time. The staff was awesome and my dad walked out with some new pair of shoes. I LOVE this place!

This shop is very specialized. Staff members are very gentle and friendly. Appointments are recommended. Don’t show up without an appointment and expect to be served right away.

I never experience walking in a store that is open for business and with some employees there and told that I cannot get service because all sale representatives are out to lunch and to come back in 30 minutes. Not good business

I went here for the first time today & was thoroughly impressed. Kevin has extensive training on feet & fitting shoes & I have total confidence in him. I will never buy shoes anywhere else. I feel really sorry that I haven’t been shopping here my whole life. I got a pair of dress shoes I adore – darling & SOOOO comfortable. It’s wonderful to be able to shop at a real store – not a huge corporation.

My first time visiting this shoe store. They had a great selection and GREAT customer service! I was so impressed. They even ordered some shoes for me and said if I changed my mind I wasn’t obligated to buy them. I will definitely start shopping there!
