If I can put zero stars I would! Came here to activate my iPhone, it was unlocked and already had a SIM card in it, the dumb lady told me in a rude way«It has to be unlocked» I was floored by her behavior. Then she was trying to hook it up and she said«give me it» so I gave her the phone, and then she put it down and I said«are you done, can I take it now?» And she said in a rude way«yeah take it it’s yours isn’t it?» Never coming to this metro store again!!!

Can I put zero stars? Wow. I can’t believe this place is still open considering the way they treat people. First off, the employee asked me to talk a little lower. She pointed to the back room where she got my phone and said«shh» as if someone was sleeping in the back. The other employee, a guy, was riding around on a hover board and blasting rap music, which is why she kept telling him«shh». Second, a deaf woman walks in and asks the employee if she could charge her phone. She asked the male employee for help with charging her phone and he rudely tells her no. She continues to ask, saying please in her own way, remember she is deaf, and he continues to tell her no and raises his voice saying«go back where you came from». She also asked if she could write down what she wanted to ask since she cannot speak well and he continued to be dismissive and using hand gestures to get her put of the store. He was so rude. This woman is deaf and she needed to charge her phone to contact her family to get a ride. She practically left in tears. Oh and the female employee did absolutely nothing but stood there with a smirk on her face. Avoid the youngish Mexican guy who looks to be in his late 20s. Avoid this place.
