I was referred to Mike after searching for a new tax person for a couple months. My previous tax person would never listen to what I was asking him. When I approached Mike from the beginning he was all ears and listen to everything I was asking. He answered all my questions and more and is now helping me plan for my future with some financial advising. I would recommend Mike to anyone who feels they need that one on one communication.

He handled my audit for 2 years very professionally. My audit was not even based in CA but he guided me to transfer the case to his district in CA.
I must say he did come across from the very beginning as very competent and knowledgeable. You do not even have to meet with him face to face, I never did and my complicated case for 2 years of tax returns audit were resolved unchanged by IRS.
He can handle your case wherever you are and being audited. His fees might sound a lot but it will be worth it since you are paying for his top expertise.

Do not go to this guy. I was ripped off and this is not fake or vindictive but to protect others. He asked for 3k to help resolve a past debt with theirs. I paid him 1k and the next day asks me for all kind if paper work when I had them with me at our first meeting. Asks me for expenses and I told him I told u 1200 including phone and rent that’s all I’m claiming. A month past I asked him if he got my debt from the IRS… he said he was in a deliberation. Time goes by and I call and now screened by his wife or someone because he didn’t have a staff when I met with him but saw he had a A+ BBB, rating. I learn later u can buy an A+ so BBB is of no use, this is the reason for the help review. I finally got fed up and sent I’m an email and asked for y deposit back but he doesn’t respond till I posted on BBB but still hasn’t gotten the balance I owe. I went ahead and did it with my new accountant at Burbank tax and we got it done in 2 hours while I was present and costed me 250 dollars. All in all its costing me 1k from Burbank tax to resolve my issue and he was a real EA. mike is lazy and makes u do everything after he gets ur money. I asked mike for an itemized expense reciept but he couldn’t come up with one. All he did was make a power of attorney tha took maybe an hour. He claims he did more but what??? He hasn’t shown me anything. I’m writing this for those who are desperate that are trying to resolve their taxes. Mike is nothing but a crook my email is

I don’t want this crook to keep at it. It’s not fair for those seeking help and people like him deserve what they will get. He should be out of business.
