Nader Cleaners

I’ve been going to this place for about 5 years, using them to clean our suits every few months but now I have to find a new cleaners. For the first time, I turned in one of my purses because it was indigo stained from my jeans.
My fiancé was nice enough to pick the purse up for me so I didn’t get a chance to talk to the owners right away. He told me, «they couldn’t get the red stains out.» Uhhh… what red stains? Well, now there are red stains. It looks like someone splashed Kool-​Aid on my white purse. I called the place just now and the guy has the nerve to tell me it was there when I turned my purse in. I just couldn’t see it «under all the dirt.» What dirt? Red dirt? There is no Kool-​Aid red dirt. I told him my purse only had indigo stains… no dirt. He says, «all the customers say it wasn’t there.» Maybe because it wasn’t. Rude. I tried to be nice but hung up on him after that.
I paid good money for this purse and he ruined it.

Update:
I actually think the red stains came from the red lining of my purse and the chemicals they used bled the lining to the outside of the fabric because a lot of the color is concentrated around the seams of my purse and the «white» tag on the inside is completely stained red.

Believe the bad reviews. The lady is a pleasure, but the man is not. If they cause damage or you are unsatisfied in any way, he will make you feel like a complete A hole for even questioning him. I would try any other cleaners… just not this one.

We use these guys all the time. Mostly because they’re close. But they get stuff done in a timely manner and don’t destroy our clothes. Isn’t that all we want from our cleaners?

The old couple is very nice and professional. they really know about clothes. I went to other places for cheaper price but after ruining my clothes i had to go back to them. Their price is not cheap but so worthed it!

The couple who work at Nader Cleaners are very friendly, fast, and helpful. If they are both there, someone usually carries my dry cleaning out to my car for me. I’ve been very happy with all of my experiences with them so far.
