«Nails by Sylvia» is a class act. I’ve been to many nail salons in my time but no one goes above and beyond with exemplary service such as Sylvia. Keeping up with state of the art nail services like «shellac» you can never go wrong with nail services by Sylvia. She a top professional in her field, well educated in various nail skills as well as customer service. She offers the total package which is why I will not go anywhere else!
