Like others, I live nearby and have passed this business many times. When my laptop crashed I checked prices at places like Staples but decided to bring my laptop here since I prefer to support local small businesses whenever I can. After dropping it off with Elisio, Thomas called me next day with the description of the problem and price, which I thought was very reasonable. Picked it up a couple days later; they even updated my Windows for me! Great price and service — couldn’t ask for anything more.

Our Apple lap top stopped working suddenly, we could not figure out why it shut off and would not start again. We took it in and had it back in a day good as new. Very reasonable price and good work. Thanks so much

My Mac had been running slow for a while so I decided to take it in to see what my options were. I first went to a Mac store to see what their employers suggested I do, since they are supposed to be the experts on this sort of thing. They recommended that I buy a new laptop because mine is pretty outdated. Since I was a broke college student, I disregarded their advice and went elsewhere.
I live right around the corner from One Stop and I always pass by it without a second thought. But one day I actually went in to see what they could do for me. The computer guy, Eliseo was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process of updating and revamping my Mac to run smoother.
Service was quick, efficient and definitely well worth the cost. The people who work at One Stop love their job, and it’s easy to see. My Mac is still running and better than ever.
I highly recommend this place for any IT services you may need.

I like to shop local and have passed by this place several times. A few weeks ago, my keyboard wasn’t working and my printer was jamming.
I took both of them in and told them 1) I knew what was wrong with my keyboard but didn’t want to try to open it up myself; I saw a staple fall into it. In addition, my printer was jamming and asked how much it would cost to have the roller replaced.
They told me it was a $ 45 non-​refundable fee to check the items what would be applied to the work… not a problem. When I returned they told me both were fixed and the bill was $ 90 of which included the $ 45.
I had to go back to the them because they didn’t return my cords and asked how much the roller was and was informed «they don’t replace the rollers» he just sprayed a cleaner on it. In addition the majority of the balance was to remove the staple from my keyboard. Really?
Too bad. I thought I found a nice local place to take my computers. The price they charged me to remove the staple from my keyboard of which I told them what was wrong was MORE THAN THE PRICE OF MY KEYBOARD… then $ 40 to SPRAY THE ROLLER ON MY PRINTER? They were suppose to replace the roller.
Deffinately OPPORTUNIST. I will never go back again and would not suggest using there services.

Always come here when im in a hurry and dont want to deal with my wifi or computer issues.
