Friendly customer service and great selection of craft beer. They always make good recommendations on beers to me.

I will only review on the craft beer aspect which is for the rating, not the store and service. Located in Whittier, this local liquor store provides a good size selection of craft beers. This place is more of a hidden gem because they don’t seem to advertise much online or anywhere I can find, which can be good and bad for the lucky consumer. Their service is very friendly and Ive always gotten calls of special stuff they order should I choose to get it. UNFORTUNATELY, a problem with a store that stays hidden with its lack of advertising comes shelf turds. By shelf turds, I mean, certain beers that remain on the shelf way too long past its freshness and need to be sent back to the distributor (STONE rep). Since I’ve learned about beers better over the years, bottle dates are a key ingredient to knowing something fresh to something flat and malty. Ex: Lots of their IPAs tend to sit almost past a 3 month threshold (thats IF it has a date) or seeing too much yeast sediment at the bottom of their beers, which is quite a lot for beers not even in current seasonal rotation sitting still in their fridges so that should be your first clue.
Dont get me wrong, but in a world now almost flooded with the craft beer scene, this is something that has to be maintained much more regularly in order to keep your regulars coming back and buying more and getting new people as well within your community to try craft beer.

This is my go to liquor store. I live right down the street. The workers are really nice and very helpful. I also really love this liquor store in particular because they have all my favorite chili candy! (Bonus) prices are not the cheapest but still fair.

This place has craft beer galore! Liquor galore too! Their fridges are soooo cold the beer is super duper cold mmmmmmm! Employees are very nice, and explain the different beers & liquors, cigars etc. they have!
