Sylvia L Garcia, MD

I’m currently in the process of changing doctors/​medical groups because of my experience with dr. Garcia.
In the beginning my visits were great because I only dealt with another female DR. pantoja (I’m not sure of the spelling) but she was an amazing doctor. Since November I was informed she is no longer at this officer and I now had to deal with Garcia.
1: acts like she doesn’t have time
2: I’ve been complaining about the same pain since and she still refuses to send me to a specialist. Even after 2 emergency room doctors have requested it.
3: all she says is keep following up with me when she has not done ONE single exam. I’m not lying each interaction involves me sitting in a chair and her at the computer the whole time.
The nurses are very friendly and the location seems clean. But she also spends more time advertising her cosmetic med business.

Dr. Sylvia Garcia is an excellent doctor. She is a great listener and has lots of patience. Her office is well manage. Her staff is professionally trained. They are friendly and respectful and in addition, you will find yourself walking into a clean, organized environment.
