Jim did an excellent job on our house, adding a second bedroom. He handled every aspect quick and efficiently especially with dealing with the cities requirements. He informed me of all the available options and did incredible work. I live out of state and was worried since I was not able to monitor the daily progress. Jim took care of everything and updated me via email almost daily on the progress. I could have not asked for better communication.

Jim is an excellent contractor. He is honest and reliable. His quotes are reasonable. Jim is also great about communicating and checking in on the project. He would send us a text to give us an update. For convenience and security, he provided a lock box so we wouldn’t have to worry about our keys.
His crew also did a nice job of keeping the project area clean and covering up furniture. Jim also worked on the project himself. We had our bathroom repaired with a new vanity and toilet. He found the tile to match the current tile. The bathroom looks fantastic!
