Took my Lexus LX 450 in for a bad rear door that was damaged and not closing well. It is an old truck so I just wanted it to work. Met with Tony the owner he was very nice and fair man. He showed me his shop and told me a new door would be like $ 900 dollars but if you want I can just see if I can repair it. He called one of his guys and two minutes later it worked. He did not even charge me! I gave his guy a tip and will definitely go back to him. He is very honest and dependable. He showed me his awesome motorcycles and restored Mustang. He has been in the business his whole life he has a passion for cars and is a fair and honest man. If you want a man that just likes what he does and is not out to take all your money go to Tony he will take care of you. I know I will be back.

This place is amazing! I accidentally sideswiped the side of my car against my garage while reversing (stupid I know) and sliced off my passenger side mirror. I was so worried about the cost and finding a place nearby that wouldn’t rip me off. I found a new side mirror online for cheap (perks of having an old Honda Civic) and wanted to find a repair shop that could easily install it for me for a reasonable price. I called around and was recommended Whittier Collision Center. I called Anthony and he quoted me $ 40 to install it, which was a bargain! I brought in my car and new mirror and within 10 minutes they had it installed and I was on my way. And they’re SO friendly! I would go back for any of my car needs.

I had an ugly crash and looked online and found the reviews on Unilocal.I took my Ford Edge in and met with the owner, Tony. He is an Awesome guy with a passion for his work. He worked with me on everything and since i had to pick up my car in the evening, they stayed a little late for me to pick up my car! Will definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends!

I’ve been here twice and the second time I came they just went above and beyond to help me out while my car was being fixed. They made everything convenient and easy, they let me borrow a car even though my insurance didn’t cover rentals, and they charged a lot less than any other place I was quoted. There’s no reason to go to anyone else when your car is wrecked. I had to get a Unilocal account just to give these guys a good review. They deserve the business, cheers!

This was my first time dealing with collision repair. Tony & the guys at Whittier Collision are amazing. I visited the insurance recommended centers first. Everyone one kept trying to up sell me. I was referred to Tony by a family member. Tony took one look at my car. He said «We’ll take care of it.» When I picked up my car. They took care of a few things that the insurance wouldn’t cover. I will recommend all my friends, family & clients to Whittier Collision. Awesome customer service.

This place is totally out of the way for me, but I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Basically I sh! t the bed and totally F’ed up my car backing out of a garage. I mean the front side of my little vehicle was all tore up. I drove it over to Whittier, they gave me a fair quote and fixed my car in a timely manner– it was a little over a week but that was because they had to order special parts for my car. (Fiat Pop) Tony and crew worked wonders, it looked brand new when they dropped off my car in downtown LA where I work. They even fixed a little ding on the back end that I got last year from parking on the street for no charge. I’m so satisfied with the job and am always telling people who have had fender benders, «I’ve got a guy that’ll fix that»

I have been going Tony for a couple of years as well my family too. Every time I or my family has taken our cars in there for service it has been impeccable. His customer service is outstanding and the work on our cars is always to my or my family’s perfection on how we maintain the up keep of our cars. If you are ever the need of an amazing body shop that does excellent work, swing on by and talk to the owner Tony, he will be sure to take care you and your car.

This company was highly recommended by a friend. I dealt directly with Tony & Anthony. They are straight forward honest business men who understand that great customer service is key. I was more than happy with the results of my vehicle and especially their customer service. Because of that, the fact that I live a few cities away became the least of my concerns. I will be recommending them to my contacts.

Tony Delgado is the owner for this shop. He hires guys that have a passion for working on cars, and it completely shows. I went to Tony based upon the excellent Unilocal reviews he had and hoped for the best. My Infiniti G35 had gotten dented on the driver’s read side in a parking lot, and I figured it would cost at least $ 1,000.
I went to Tony on a Saturday and he quoted me $ 650 for the work. He told me I could drop off the car on Monday and he helped arrange Enterprise to come by and pick me up so that I could get a rental while the work was completed. Tony’s shop finished my car by Thursday afternoon and my car looks pristine. It looks as good as new and the color was matched up perfectly and the work was excellent!
I would definitely recommend this shop. Tony is honest and has pride in his work. I am recommending Whittier Collision Center to anyone/​everyone that needs any work done on their cars.

Bought a new car and unfortunately got a new, significant dent on the rear hatch a month later. I’ve never had to do automotive body work before, so I asked some friends and they told me to go to Whittier to find some body shops…
So I get some quotes in person from a few places that ranged from expensive to ridiculously expensive. On our way home, we find Whittier Collision Center. I decide to give it a shot and right front the start I was approached by a friendly employee. They took a look at the damage and gave me a quote that was better than everyone else. I didn’t even have to haggle it down like the other places. They seemed knowledgeable and practical. I knew instantly that this was the place.
I come back a few days later and the work was done and my car looked brand new again. They were upfront with me and did a professional job for the lowest price. I really couldn’t have asked for more. When leaving, they told me that they were hurting for business, so I wanted to make sure I wrote them a review, because I was damn impressed by the entire process. It’s a small place with a friendly owner and staff. I hope they don’t go under like so many other mom and pop places.

Great job on my car, it came out beautiful. Tony was very nice and really cared about producing an excellent job. He did a little extra here and there and it was greatly appreciated. He was greatful for the business and provided great customer service. You’re my body shop now, Hopefully I won’t need you any more, but if I do, I’m there and I’m telling all my friends to come to your shop for any mishaps with their car and needed body work. Other body shops acted like they were doing me a favor. They don’t know that it’s all about customer service. Thanks.
