2011 Bistro

We have been several times, and we have never been disappointed! We always order burgers: either Julie’s avocado or the Swiss and mushroom burger. The chef has personally come out twice to our table to check on the meal.
When I ordered a burger without onions (I’m allergic), the chef came out and made sure I received the correct burger.
They’re about to release the official dinner menu June 19, and I’m so excited!

Food was absolutely great I had the Anna’s bacon Burger and Truffle Fries. My wife had the Pulled Pork and Cajun Fries I hate half of hers. Will definitely go back to eat there. Would of took pictures but it was to good to put down. Recommend it go try it out.

Beer not chilled. Waitress no idea of the wine available. No drink menu. Place not pleasant. Decided to order to go. Selected the mushroom flatbread, not impressed. Not a place I would return to.

Excellent!!! Great food and atmosphere! Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

This place is a joke. Wichita falls local operated, service is hit but mostly miss. Not a great place to go. Don’t imagine it will stay open long

I went to 2011 Bistro when they were at their old location. I was impressed with the food – my only complaint there would be the lack of ventilation and going back to work smelling like fried foods – which is a reason I hadn’t returned until today. I went to the new location today and my co-​worker and I were the first ones there. We took an early lunch at 11:00AM to make sure we had enough time to eat and make it back to work within the hour. They got busy really quick and there was only 1 server there. Since this is a downtown location and most people eating lunch only have an hour break, they should consider hiring more servers. The food was really good – you could never go wrong with the truffle fries. The ventilation is still not very good there and the service was ok.

This place is really good. I think there are some areas for improvement but all in all it was yummy! Friendly service and prompt. I had the pulled pork flatbread, it was good but my husband had the bacon, mushroom, Swiss burger and I loved that! We also split some truffle fries and they were awesome. Food also had great plate presentation. The beer prices were a little expensive, especially for Wichita Falls, but it was Saturday and we settled for one anyways. We will be back!

On a road trip looking for good food and found it here. The food was fresh and made with care. It didn’t take long to get our food and it was wonderful! Loved the arugula salad with goat cheese — added grilled chicken that was smokey good! The pulled pork flatbread was another winner with great sauce and cabbage slaw.
I would recommend this great restaurant! If I lived in Wichita Falls this would be a regular place!

Consider this is the first three star review in a row of fives, I write this with trepidation but truth be told, 2011 Bistro was A-​Ok. We tried two of the flat breads, one was a mushroom one, and the other was a chicken one. They were okay. We had the truffle fries. It was okay. Is my palate that out of control or do we need to seriously manage expectations in Wichita Falls?
Their new location is a lot bigger and better equipped than the photos of the old place. Server was friendly. They had house red wine coming out of the fridge though. Stick with the beers.

Seriously everything on the menu is delicious. I love the flatbreads and truffle fries! And a very friendly staff! Our favorite restaurant in Wichita Falls.

I can’t say enough about this WONDERFUL family owned restaurant! Their food is unbelievably good — the service is amazing and they really really care about their customer service. Great! Great! Great! Highly recommended!

Ok so we made reservations for Valentine’s dinner, of course this is Wichita Falls Tx. so it’s not hard to impress most people, but I have known the chef at 2011 bistro has the talent to impress. And boy did he! It was by far the best meal I have had in wichita falls. I am really hoping he will making this a regular deal.

Fantastic place to stop and eat, especially more now that they have moved to this new location. The atmosphere is more open and a lot more room to move around in. I always order the same thing every time I go in, the bacon mushroom swiss burger with the creamy au jus sauce and a double helping of those fantastic garlic parmesan fries. They are definitely not stingy with the portions here. Come hungry, leave full. And for around 10 bucks for what you get, the price can’t be beat.
Can’t wait to return back again for another visit!

We had the chicken flatbread which was excellent. Flatbread had just the right balance of chewiness and crispiness with excellent fresh grilled chicken, mozzarella, and avocado. The beet salad was fresh, beautifully plated and very tasty as well. Served with delicious truffle fries and very friendly service.

I love this place and I’m glad they moved to where they are now. I have been going to them for many months and have never had a bad experience with customer service or food. Thank the Lord that they got more seating. It is also really cool how it looks like an upscale restaurant now when you walk in.
There are only a few people on the staff, but they do a phenomenal job. The food is the best in town, no exaggeration. I love the burgers, but my favorite are the flatbreads. The Mediterranean flatbread is my absolute favorite. You must try all their different fries as well. Therefore, you must give this place several visits before giving it an honest review.
Just for the record: this is my favorite joint in town.
