We booked a room here and the lady at the reception did not inform us about the breakfast hours. We got to the breakfast serving section at 9:38 they stop serving at 9:30 the very nice and helpful guy at the reception was trying to help us get something but the lady Nicole at the bistro was so so so rude and just said no and won’t help. The gentlemen ended up giving us something small from the snack side just so our daughter that’s 3 could have something. I would recommend Nicole to be removed from her position all she cares about is her hours not the wellbeing of this company. We left here so made not because of the not getting food but because Nicole had such a sour attitude after we just paid 180 $ for our room!!!

Stayed here the last two nights. I stay in a lot of hotels, so I do expect a certain level of service. We completed the mobile checkin via the Marriott app prior to our arrival. At check-in I was told our room had been upgraded due to our Marriott rewards status. An upgrade is always nice, but we did not like the bathtub in the room. We also felt the room was dirty. The carpet really does need to be cleaned. The following morning I requested a regular king room and the gentleman at the counter(maybe the manager) quickly got us a new room, and it was a suite. Super fast and very courteous service. I was impressed, until we arrive at our new room. Yes, it was large and nice, but again, not clean. The carpet in this room was dirty too. The people in the next room we talking, and we could hear them, not exactly everything they were saying, but could hear the talking. The people up stairs walked back and fourth quite a bit, and we heard every step they took. They were up late and then up early the next morning. Between the talking in the next room, and pacing back and fourth up stairs, I found it hard to fall asleep, and then was awake early. Great customer service/poor privacy. I won’t stay here again.

I’ve been traveling weekly for a few years, and this is the first hotel I’ve gotten bed bug bites in the states. I stayed here in January 2015 for one night and ended up with 20 bites all over my body that surfaced the night after I checked out the hotel. When I wrote the hotel in hopes for them to cleanse the room, all I received was«did you tell the front desk when you checked out?» I was a bit disappointed in the response as Marriott historically has great customer service. I like Marriott hotels, and I’m sad that this is the only one in town.

My boys and I stayed here for 1 night. It was a great stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Convenient location as well. Walmart and other shops within a few blocks for anything you may have left behind. Would stay here again. Thanks!

A rather lovely stay. I only stayed one night, but I was pleased to sink into the standard issue Marriott bedding. Sometimes Marriott properties don’t have it, and that honks me off. This one does! YAY! SUCH a restful night’s sleep. The rooms are standard issue as well, which means clean, well-appointed, and modern. The lobby was great as well. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel just this past weekend and this is my first time to a Courtyard in the Marriott chain of hotels and all I have to say is WOW!!! This hotel is great for a business related stay or if you are redeeming your Marriott Rewards here. My reason behind this is because with every Courtyard chain, you have to buy your own breakfast either at their bistro or somewhere else, Starbucks on site is a plus in my book, but they even charge for water. I understand Courtyard is marketed more for clients who are on business so I look the other way. The PROs about this Courtyard, is that there is a bar onsite, Starbucks and bistro, the hotel is modern and very clean and the staff here is friendly, even gave me a free upgrade to a suite on a free night… that explains why my room was so spacious and I appreciate their efforts because in any other Marriott I visited on the nights I paid I never received a free room upgrade, very nice of them. The rooms were modern, clean, AC worked well, the linens were so clean, the mattress and pillows so soft you can sink your head into them provided me with a great night of rest, no wonder they provide you with a brochure in the room if your wanting to buy linens, mattresses or pillows from Marriott. Thumbs up on the shower head, excellent pressure, clean bathroom overall. To summarize my stay, I enjoyed the Courtyard in Wichita Falls, has various amenities from their indoor swimming pool/whirlpool, exercise room, outdoor patio nice outdoor relaxing evening to their bar and bistro I can say when I want an affordable luxury hotel in Wichita Falls, I will be staying here. P. S. Hotel is located conveniently close to the Kell Freeway US-277/82, Walmart, grocery store, gas stations, shopping and restaurants within walking distance!
