called them about an expensive amp and if they had someone who specialized in sending amps properly…“I do it all day” he said… «ok I have a 30» amplifier… I said… He cut me off and said «we don’t have boxes that big… I though you did this all day?
Didn’t make me feel confident my item was going to be cared for
Fedex Kemp wasn’t better but Connect Packing & Shipping was great

It turns out a USP store is not part of UPS so BEWARE.
I enter this store to drop off 2 USP envelopes. And asked for 2 more… then told me he did not have to give me any and would not!
He was not rude but absolutely not good customer service. I need two envelope and he instructed me to drive across town to get them.
ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!
So no indeed I will NEVER use this place again and would have given NO stars
