Accent Lighting is a unique combination of really cool, sophisticated lighting along beside affordable, price-​conscious fixtures that makes their selection better than any other store we have shopped. We do not live in the immediate area, but they were able to ship our purchase to us and everything arrived in perfect condition. We bought fixtures for our kitchen and dining room, but they have outdoor lighting too that we are considering once things warm up in the spring. Paul was very helpful during the whole process. I’m not very handy, but he helped me understand what we needed. I sensed that he was the owner. We will be back.

Having visited lighting showrooms all over the country I can attest this is one of the nicest you’ll ever experience. Their selection of lighting, fans and home décor are great and the staff along with owners are awesome! A little known fact about Accent Lighting is that in addition to serving the residential market they also have top notch capabilities for commercial as well with restaurants, hotels, office spaces and more.

The customer service in this store is non-​existent! I was ignored even after I stood at the desk where all the the staff was located. They just looked at me and didn’t say hi or anything. I have been to this store several times over the years and this is always their ‘mo’. This leads me to think this is how the owner conducts business. I spent a considerable amount of money purchasing light fixtures for a remodel and they act like they are doing you a favor. If you have another option for light fixtures I would encourage you to go there. I really can’t say anything positive about this store. I would give it no stars!!!

If you are looking for a great place to receive assistance choosing lighting for your home or business, this is NOT the place… we were in the store today to look for a lamp that was in their ad on Sunday. We stood in the store for over 10 minutes while three ladies were behind the counter. Each one of them looked at me and did not even bother to say Hi, or at the very least attemp to even smile and say they would be with us. Finally, one of the women asked the other one of she was free and the pointed to her and said ‘over there’. They did not have the lamp that was advertised as the door buster and she showed us what she thought it might look like and went back and sat down behind the counter. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and am quite surprised that they are still in business.
