Normally, Applebee’s is outstanding. Today, not so much. Maybe because it was rainy and dismal, I don’t know. The waitress was cheery and delightful. Bless her heart, she told me the steak came with potatoes but they were nowhere on the plate.
Immediately, she offered some for free. I gladly accepted, though my husband acquiesced. He said we’d be finished before they arrived, but the potatoes arrived mid– plate. We had the steak with grains from the pub menu.
I’m not a spinach eater, because canned is nasty, but the leafy spinach was cooked to perfection with the barley and seasoned tomatoes.
Sadly, I am no longer allowed to consume alcohol or soda pop, so I drank water, which our waitress kept filled. She never wavered from her chipper attitude throughout the entire meal. We tipped her well for that.
We had a coupon which doesn’t work on weekends, but she found a way to get around it. We were grateful for that and it added to her tip.

Amazing they were!!! I also had a steak which was cooked medium and to perfection!!! Server was amazing and was very helpful with my friend and her baby! Will be back!

Awesome service! The waiter/​bartender, Matthew was very nice. The food was good and the atmosphere was right. We walked in at 11:45pm after leaving a different Applebee’s with horrible service. It was like night and day. They didn’t rush us and the food came out in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this location.

Applebee’s is pretty reliably tasty. Tasted the thai shrimp salad, good but a lil spicy. French onion soup and ceasar salad for me, it is the ides of march, lol. The desserts were muy bueno and service was great too. Thank you!

The food was great and the staff even better. The steak was very good and cooked to my liking. My daughter, age 2, had the macaroni and cheese with yogurt and applesauce. She loved it. The waitress was outstanding. She took time to tell me activities in the area that’s kid friendly.

A good looking menu, ruined by sloppy presentation and lack of attention to detail. The spinach on the salads was wilted. The half salad, half sandwich was sloppy on the plate. The salad dressing ran into the sandwich which made the entire bottom of the sandwich soggy. The portions were small. In an effort to provide inexpensive lunch/​dinners, they cut the portion sizes.

Pros: the 550 cal steak meal I had was excellent, they cooked it perfectly to my order. It was actually so good that my husband wanted to abandon his burger for it. We were seated very quickly. The food and bill came very quickly as well.
Cons: The waitress was visibly exhausted. She told us she was working a double shift and that she would be doing several doubles in a row over the next few days. Now I don’t like hearing this on multiple levels. 1. If she was working a double of her own free will, then I think she needs to do a better job of looking like she wants to be there (its depressing to eat when the wait staff is so meh on everything) 2. If she was forced or coerced in anyway to do the double shift (s) well that’s just not cool. It takes a lot out of people working at a restaurant and if the wait staff isn’t appreciated, then how can the customer expect any more?
Overall, it was a very average Applebee’s experience.

Twice now, the service and quality was not up to grade. Ordered the Napa Chicken twice and both times they don’t have all the ingredients for the top of the chicken. The apps are good, after 9pm — half price. I guess we should have guessed that it wouldn’t be so good when the sign outside says Night Cook Needed. Will find another late night place to eat.

Got carryout yesterday for dinner with a coworker. I had the Crispy Shrimp and the Spinach and Artichoke Dip. The chips and dip were very good, the cocktell sauce with the shrimp was had too much vinegar in it for me. The shrimp was ok but not crispy at all. Think next time it will be Long John Silver’s.
