Horrible service at drive thru 1÷15÷16. The employees need lessons in customer service.

0 stars. Horrible management! I called on Dec 7, 13 at 10:17pm if they are still open. A girl picked up the phone and hesitantly told me that Arby’s closed at 11pm. I came up there at 10:40pm but they were closed already. If they are going to close early, please don’t tell me that they will close at 11pm. My friend told me that at 10:30pm, they already start closing down. I saw a female employee there in the back kitchen walking around. I didn’t want to push it or else they might spit in my food. The drive thru wasn’t working either and I drove up to the window. Nobody came to get my order. I doublechecked the hours on the drive thru window and it said it closed at 11pm. I went to Taco Bell instead after this to give them my business. I will never ever go to this Arby’s again. LIAR!
