In addition to what I said, come to find out that they charged me for another month’s membership, even though I gave them a written 10 day prior notice. For some reason, it did not process for another 5 days. How convenient for them. The store could not refund it, and told me to call a their customer support hotline. I did, and I was on hold on the phone for 30 minutes before someone finally helped me. Stay away, this whole experience was terrible.
