I had a dinner last night at Crestview that was catered. The opening salad was of two choices — house or caesar. For some reason, they just set out the salads without asking our choice. The main dish was salmon. The fillet was larger than I expected, but it was dry. The two shrimps on top were not tender. The asparagus and potato was good. The dessert was of two choices tira misu and a white chocolate soufflé. The tira misu was descent and the soufflé was hardly edible.
