Completely two-​sided management team. My son was signed up for a band camp and the day before it started his dad was in a very serious accident that left him in critical condition. I called Damm to inquire on a refund since the camp had just started. I spoke with Brian who was very sympathetic and ensured me that it wasn’t a rush and that the money could be refunded whenever I could get in. I went today for a refund and they said they couldn’t. They offered a partial refund of store credit. Basically to make a long story short, The ownership isn’t supporting their management team and is losing at least one customer over it.

I went here to get some supplies for my Orchestra class. I got only three things and the price was not expected to be this high but it was $ 30. They had nice employees. I took a star off because of their really high prices other than that it’s a pretty good music to go to.
