My travel plans changed and Matthew at the front desk went the extra mile to get me in a day earlier. Even through the hotel was sold out, he was able to get me the two rooms I needed. Great customer service.

Looking for a late night place to lay my head while traveling and Fairfield had availablilty and resonable pricing. Staff was receptive and helpful. Room was clean and relatively spacious with free WiFi. Next morning, good hot breakfast with several options to choose from including making your own waffles. Tasty. Good place to stay.

I often come to Wichita to see my girlfriend who lives with traditional people. We always get a hotel. We booked on priceline, and got a solid rate, all three nights. Good: complimentary breakfast easy access to our cars. Your card works on the outer doors, so not always having to go ALLL the way around to the lobby. Desk clerks very friendly, almost too friendly. Free Wi-Fi Bad: We never saw housekeeping until our final day. She poked her head through, and left. They offered a free shuttle to the airport, but I was unable to use it and ended up forking over taxi money. Would be stay there again? Probably. We stayed here due to the free shuttle and it ended up costing us a little more than we wanted to spend due to the $ 38.50 taxi ride.

Very new with you furniture and amenities. Breakfast is great. It is a little bit of a hike to old town, but much better than the courtyard there. It is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes. Perfect for those that have business on the Airport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. The van driver went out of his way to ensure the safety of my wife was walking from Oldtown. He recognized her and followed her to make sure she got back to the hotel. Who does that? Thanks, Chucky!

The facility and rooms were pretty nice, but they had some odd policies. The soap and toilet paper were free, but we were expected to leave the ironing board. There was a phone in the room that supposedly made AND received calls, but we attempted neither. The remote worked the television quite well, but nothing else in the room. This place really knows how to party.

I am giving five on the premise that this is a budget motel. Do not expect Egyptian cotton or room service. My district is here for a high school tournament. It’s always a challenge to find a motel willing to deal with direct billing, lots of teenagers, and required early breakfast. Really, I never go anywhere without serious hassle, but this place is a breeze, and is also much, much better quality than other places in Wichita! The manager checked us in early and quickly. Rooms are contemporary(for the price), clean, and surprisingly quiet. Free wi-fi(using it for this review), breakfast, small fitness center, complimentary cookies at front desk.. . Yep! Honestly, we do this several times a year in other locations, and check– in in particular is a madhouse, as our district arrives about the same time as a couple of other big ones, but this Fairfield had it under control! I do not like Wichita in general, but FI makes it a more appealing place. Back next year!

My stay was ok. I like Fairfield and stay in quite a few. First with the good… Staff is very friendly and accommodating, even with complaintscwhichbill get to. Easy access to major roads for getting around town. Good location. They have a good gym with free weights which is important to me. Breakfast in the morning and cookies at the end of a long day. Free Wi-fi! Now to the bad. Upon arrival there was wadds of hair in my toilet that looked like it was cleaned out of the bathtub. Then I found dirty towels in the tub. Not impressed! I was too tired to mess with it when I arrived. When I mentioned this to staff they were very eager to make things right, and they did. Carl, the manager, called to make sure I was happy. I know things happen and I would be confident in the staffs commitment to customer service and cleanliness.
