Arrived late but Nicole at the front desk was amazing and had everything taken care of. She has a great attitude that is genuine and authentic but also understands how to laugh with her clients. It was really refreshing after a long day of driving to see a smiling face and someone so willing to help. It’s all the people and Nicole is the difference at this location. I just enjoyed playing my guitar quietly in the lobby while I debriefed from my day. Nicole you rock! Thank you!!!

Stayed two nights here recently. When I got there, I used the parking area out front to unload and then moved my car to the parking garage. The stairs in the parking garage aren’t bad, and it’s a nice parking garage. The room was nice and clean, and I got two great nights of sleep. It’s in downtown Wichita and good restaurants are everywhere. Highly recommend!

I bought some Skittles at the front desk. Legit. You’d think a hotel, that doesn’t serve anything but breakfast, wouldn’t be known for their Skittles, but they were amazing.

its decent. i went on points but i wouldn’t spend more then 95 at this place. you have to park at top of the garage next door then go all the way back down and outside to the hotel. just weird. free though tv is tiny and the mismatched bath products isn’t a big deal but rather i wonder if the small details are off, are the big ones? i dunno. i slept fine though. id recommend a room away from a major road

Well couple of stars go to this for being a brand new hotel. Location of this hotel is excellent for all types of travelers. Business center district is 3 miles and all the downtown activity are just a mile down. It’s quiet and dark in the night so driving around in a vehicle is recommended rather than walking if you know what I mean. Talking about the facility itself : Front desk — was lively and very welcoming. Nice interiors and bright colors were soothing to me Bar & Grill — regular stuff. Nothing great about it Fire bar — that was awesome. There is an exterior pit lit with a huge fire and you can sit around and enjoy drinks. But in 86 °F I don’t know how if I was enjoying it rather than just experiencing it. Breakfast — good size and limited choices. One negative I would mention is the way rooms are structured you can actually peep into your neighboring room. Curtains don’t close completely so dark night sleepers will have hard time. And especially if the neighboring room occupant is awake with lights on … No privacy !

Great service at desk, but bartender(female covered in tattoos) was bitchy about wine glasses being taken to our room. I don’t think Uncle Jim would mind!

Nice, inexpensive hotel. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Didn’t like that you can’t close your darkening drapes all the way(you can only close the flimsy translucent ones). The parking situation is also funky. They share a high-rise parking structure with the condos next door. You have to park on the fifth floor, which is a bit of a hike. Wi-Fi was decent and easy to get on. Breakfast is okay, not great.

This is a swanky newer Fairfield. All the necessities are there… easy wifi, friendly staff, good beds, good showers. And they add a bar with nightly drink specials… plus a relaxing lounge area. An ambitious person like me can walk to eat or drink in old town or somewhere else nearby. Great location.

Customer service had been great. We have a lot of noisy kids with us and the staff has been patient and friendly while we try to wrangle everyone. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything a family needs for a short stay.

Great customer service, comfortable and clean room, and very attentive staff. The drawbacks are that you park in a different area than the hotel and there really isn’t anything in walking distance that you get to. That’s why it got 4 out of 5. It was great for my need(getting to CenturyTel for a job fair.

Great service! The most comfortable bed at a hotel I have stayed at in a LONG time!!! People were all really nice as well. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the parking! Quite a pain to park on the fifth floor then take the elevator down then walk around then check in.
