Haddock is an awesome company. I’m from out of town and there is no Apple store where I live. I brought my computer in to get repaired for a job that the Apple company themselves told me was going to cost well over $ 300-​$ 500. When I brought it into Haddock, they did a diagnostics test, & found the issue immediately. Labor costs $ 150 and the part they found broken only $ 40! So I saved hundreds of dollars thanks to Haddock. They could’ve charged me anything but they shown themselves to be such an honorable company and charged me for what I was supposed to be charged for. I really wish all businesses were like them! Franchise in Fort Walton Beach Florida Haddock! :-)

Great service and fast! Very knowledgable staff and didn’t treat me like I was stupid. Another company in town treated me horribly, making me feel computer illiterate. This staff was helpful, knowledgable, kind, and went out of their way to give me recommendations. I’ll be a repeat customer!

These guys are good as gold! I’ve never had an issue that has taken them more than a few days, and they are always insanely knowledgable and very friendly. We are a full service video production company, and lose not just time, but revenue when there are technical issues. The Haddock Team has made sure we are taken care of and communicate clearly about what needs to be done. They are the only Wichita Computer Store that we ever use.

I used to love this place. As the only authorized mac dealer in town, we really don’t have a lot of choices. The CD wouldn’t eject from my new computer, and they told me it would be a 7 – 10 day wait! That’s ridiculous! It ended up being a 3 second fix and even though my husband explained to them that I was traveling, and REALLY needed it, they kept dishing BS. This makes me really sad. I want to stay local, and I’m so disappointed when I’m limited by living in Wichita.
