Have shopped at Head’s on Douglas several times, and have never been disappointed. They know their product, and are good at suggesting a type or style of shoe that might fit your foot better. I have worked with both Kim and Aggie, and they are a delight. They kept working until my shoe fit perfectly, and made a couple of easy changes in the fit I would have never thought of. Recommend them highly.

Went in here today with my wife and the older lady with glasses is about as rude and arrogant as they come. My wife has bought several pair of shoes recently from the West store and the girls out there are absolutely wonderful. But the staff at the E. Douglas store are rude rude rude. Even at check out the lady acted like everything was such a hassle. Making sighs and her unwilling to help is terrible. My wife bought shoes and asked about ordering another pair and she acted like it was the end or the world. We then drove out West and the ladies there were wonderful. Asked the staff out west about the Douglas store and was told that they get lots of complaints.
