The flowers were beautiful. I ordered them from California, not knowing how it would be for my Mom’s funeral. They were fantastic. Reasonable priced. I bought an extra arrangement from their display for $ 40 and it would have cost me double that in CA. The last minute order for the minister’s stand was BEYOND WORDS… Thanks for your great service and the delivery fee was so reasonable as well. Bless you for such a great business, especially at a time like this… Would highly recommend…

I had need to send two arrangements in the Wichita area and received excellent customer service from Chuck at JR Koontz Flowers. I was calling from Northern California and Chuck was patient, offering helpful suggestions and assuring me my arrangements would be delivered on time. I learned later, from the recipients, the arrangements were very beautiful and conveyed just the tone I had wanted. A very satisfying experience, and met my goal of supporting local businesses rather than impersonal 1 – 800 Corporate cookie cutter. Unilocalers take note — a good business to support.

A gem in Wichita, this man is amazing with flowers. I showed him a few pictures (nothing to copy only things I liked) talked about my wedding for two hours, and ended up with flowers so gorgeous I reused to put them down. I wanted to include them in every photograph.
The biggest thing that impressed me was the variety included in my bouquet. There were so many different kinds of lovely flowers and herbs tucked in, so that I was surprised with something new every time I looked at it.
I wanted to make some of the flowers myself, and JR had no problem with that. He didn’t try to discourage me at all, and gave me a lot of helpful suggestions for those flowers and other aspects of my wedding as well.
I would pay these prices all day long to get the quality we did. Nothing could upstage these colors, and the bridesmaid bouquet so perfectly matched her outfit, even though he had never seen it.
