I did not especially like the fattoush salad here. It has chunked dill pickles, the kind of pickles you might get on a hamburger or with some BBQ. I like fattoush salad with fresh cucumbers instead. Actually, when I make it, I allow the fresh cucumbers to pickle in the dressing a little while, but I would never dream of using an actual dill pickle. I felt that it ruined the salad.
The gyros were ok. I liked that the meat was kind of chunked instead of thin slices.
The waitress was attentive. Not overly friendly, but not unfriendly.

Today while picking up lunch for my co-​workers and I, it donned on me that I’ve never Unilocaled this place. I’ve been coming here for years and it totally slipped my mind so as soon as i got back to my desk I looked them up and the ratings don’t lie. In fact it’s spot on. The Gyros are fantastic (my go to) and the fattoush salad is always fresh, although depending on the day/​time, they have been known to have a heavy hand with the dressing, so ask for it on the side just to be safe. It’s great to go and to dine in. The prices are fair and the portions are mid to large. Service has always been good but beware it does get very busy around lunch time (11 to 1) during the week so be prepared for a bit of a wait if you’re looking to dine in.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this restaurant. We had the chicken hummus and I had a special for that specific day. I enjoyed the pita and hummus a lot. They allow you to get a half order for the hummus which was neat. I thought the half order itself was a good portion for two. My meal was amazing as well. The fries were even pretty good. Definitely a place to try if you are around this area. The service was awesome as well.

Excellent service. Pita is very good, hummus a little bland for my taste. The fattoush salad was a generous portion, little weak on the dressing but still very nice and fresh. Artichoke soup and traditional gyro very good for Wichita. Good food and great service for the price, just don’t expect «best I ever tasted».

Love their hummus shawarma, it’s a meal in itself. Chicken pita fajita is another fave. Also check out the specials board. When the spinach mushroom quiche is on it, get it. Oh, and you will be tempted by the pastry case when you walk in.

I get the VEGETARIAN plate. The hummus is great. The fattoush salad is not really fattoush. It’s just lettuce with dressing. I like N & J’s, Bagatelle’s, and Meddy’s fattoush salad better. The fettuccine Verdi is okay. I get it without ham. I wish Le Monde had falafel. The rolls are good. They have a great dessert selection at a great price.

The food was OK and the girl at the register was nice. But, when you put «steamed white rice» and «vegetable soup» on your menu you should make them vegetarian friendly. because white rice shouldn’t have chicken broth in it. Especially when searching for a restaurant this one is advertised as «vegetarian».

Amazing gyros! Amazing salads! Amazing pastas! Love this place. The service is always fast and they are super attentive and polite. I really enjoy the cramped little café feel & watching what others have ordered! I plan to try the lamb next as that looked particularly wonderful.

We came here once a week or at least 2 – 3 times a month in the early years some 20+ years ago. Now we live farther away and so it gets to be rare when we make it down here. I think we have been here in the last six-​eight months, but today when we arrived, I noticed a new interior paint job and I love the colors! The menu has been tweaked but I didn’t look to see what favorites might have been discontinued — I was enthralled with the day’s specials. My companions were not just real thrilled with their meals. I tasted some of the salmon fettucine and noticed the salmon did seem a bit «off» like it was old. But hey — as always, the famous biscuits were yummy, plus we scored a second plate later in the meals (time has been when we could not get seconds on the biscuits.). So we’ll come back again, sooner I hope!

Great place for a good Mediterranean meal. Even when busy the wait staff is attentive and takes the time for special requests. If you’re in the area stop in for some good Greek fare and even better desserts!

The frequency of my visits have increased due to the consistency of good food and service here.
It’s my go to for picking up a quick fattoush salad for lunch. I also find myself excited to see what daily special they have that day.
I had the chicken manicotti and a fattoush salad that was on the daily specials board when you first walk in. The manicotti had a chicken, spinach, and cheese filling wrapped in a pasta blanket that was smothered in alfredo sauce and garnished with fresh parsley. (Picture available) Yum! Dish presentation was on par!
I came back for dinner the same day to get my usual fattoush salad and tried the hummus and pita. Pita was warm and soft, just how I like it! I so so wished they served Tzatziki! El Monde my request has been posted!
Today’s observation:
Because of the popularity of their fattoush salad I find it that more specials now come with a salad and fairly priced.

It’s hard to find good Mediterranean food in Wichita. This is one of the best. I have never had a bad meal here. The service was slower last time we went there but that may have been an isolated incident. Regardless, they are very nice and always have been.

This would be five stars, I love this place, have been going for years, but their service could be more friendly. This was for a carry out order. My favorite is the Chicken Gyro with fatoush salad. Fast service too!

This is a fantastic little Mediterranean place if you’re out on the west side. Although the last time I was here, the service was very slow but I think it was partially due to the fact that they had a very obnoxious patron who was being ridiculous with demands. They would bring her a box like she asked for and she would say things like «oh I’d rather have two small boxes instead of one big one.» and just really annoying stuff like that. Overall, my food was wonderful and the staff apologized for the wait. Great hummus and fattoush salad!

After a busy day of running all over the city, Le Monde offered the perfect respite, with a soothing atmosphere of relaxing music, intriguing art, delectable aromas, and beautiful smiles. Loved the hummus, coffee and biscuits! Chicken Moutard and Fetticini Verde were sooo satisfying! Excellent service! I even added a bag of pita and pita chips, to extend my experience, once I returned home. Good times.

Nice quiet little spot on the west side. Always a nice experience, never had a complaint. Food is tasty as is the dessert.
