They have a friendly staff but they don’t resolve issues as they should. I went there to pick my new sunglasses up and one of their sales representatives gave them to me, then said they needed to be ajusted a little tighter to my face and I agreed. He didn’t really know what he was doing and broke the frame during the adjustment process. He could not find the same kind of glasses at the store, wich I can understand, as it was an accident and can happen to anyone. He then he told me he needed to re-order them. I let him know that I need my new glasses to arrive as soon as possible because I am going on a trip soon. He said he could not make any promises as far as arrival date is concerned. Given that it’s the store’s fault that I don’t already have my glasses, it’s unbelievable that I was not even offered free expedited shipping to increase the chances They will arrive in time. Very disappointed! Also had to call their costumer service twice, called today almost 6 days since this happened and told me I can go to pick them up… Lets see how it goes

I’ve been in several times and on only one occasion has the customer service been friendly and helpful(which was incidentally the only time I purchased glasses). I’m not the type of person to write a bad review for anything, but I couldn’t believe how often the service was so terrible. I drew the line the last time I visited when I asked the clerk if they carried computer glasses and she told me that I had to have it included in my prescription. You don’t need a prescription for computer glasses. They are simply a type of eye wear that is either tinted, reduces a large amount of glare, or both. She then told me that she never heard of them in a tone that suggested I was making it up. If you don’t know something, you can just admit it, say you don’t carry them, and maybe offer to find out. You don’t have to make your customers feel like jackasses for even asking. I’m a pretty friendly person, so I laughed it off and told her I wasn’t upset and was just curious if they carried them. She just turned away without saying anything. I thought she could at least fake a smile, but I guess my question was that stupid. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe … she works for LensCrafters. That seems to be the constant variable based on my experiences. Find a local provider or order your glasses online. I’ve been pretty happy with these options since then.
