The food was wonderful, but the service was terrible. Although management attempted to make things right by giving us a 20% discount and removing our appetizer, which we never received, the waitress was full of excuses, never taking ownership. She didn’t know the menu, slow on refills, etc.

I love their ribeye steak. I went there the other day with my husband and things were phenomenal. Waitress was very helpful and nice. Food was very delicious. Drinks were extra strong love everything about my experience there.

Food was great! Prices are good! Staff is very friendly & attentive. It is a loud place to eat. I ordered steak and it was perfectly done to perfection. Salad was crispy. Hot rolls come with every meal so good warm fluffy and yummy.

I tried to let Logan’s redeem itself, but my food just doesn’t work out right from burnt steak to not getting what I ordered… So my first visit here included terrible service, no refills on my water, along with never being checked up on about my food so I ate a burnt steak, oh yea! And the fries were cold… not so tasty at all. My second visit was not so bad. The bar tender got my food and got it out to me, again cold fries that were not tasty but I did receive another burnt steak. The bartender that night though was spectacular on her service. Super nice and friendly. Last try, a couple days ago I tried Logan’s for lunch, thinking I was going all about this wrong in the past and surly their service and food would be better during lunch time. The service started off well and the food came out pretty quick. The food tasted good except I ordered a spicy brisket burger. My burger had no brisket on it and no spice. I asked the server if this is what I ordered and he insisted it was and I still doubted it, but who am I to know??? I have never ordered a brisket burger ever so I ate some of it and tossed the rest out because it was not what I expected. I later called that night to ask what the spicy brisket was and found out I did not have anything like what they described. I spoke to a manager to let him know his server told me wrong and he suggested next time I ask for a manager but I just felt bad questioning the server on what he said. Surly the server knows what the food looks like, right???- uh wrong! Just my luck to have bad service on just a few dine ins here. Maybe you may have better luck then me. BTW their burgers are tasty so if you are going to order something from here order a burger or chicken sandwich.

went here for my mom’s birthday, there was this lazy waitress, but we soon got a spectacular waiter since I guess her shift was almost up. It was definitely okay, macaroni and cheese wasn’t the best, but oh well.

I went to a Logans in Memphis and found the experience OK only so I decided to give the chain another chance when I was in Wichita in February. Sadly, this experience wasn’t any better. While the service was pretty good, the salad good, the side baked potato decent, though served only lukewarm the star of the meal the steak? Meh, cooked properly but it was a very tough cut of meat. If I’m spending $ 20 + for a steak it should be better than this one was. I’m done with Logans.

Poor food, Poor Service! We typically do not come here for this reason but we decided to try it once again because everyone needs another chance now and again. Yet again they disappointed us. My wife and I called ahead for seating and when we got there they did not have us on the list but the hostess remembered us calling in and we got seated right away. When they seated us it took the waiter 7 – 10 minutes to come over and introduce himself. He was busy chatting it up with the table in front of us. When he did come back with our drinks, he couldn’t remember what drink was what so my wife got my diet coke and she hates diet coke. We had to ask for rolls, and then we had to immediately ask for more since they only come out with 2 in a basket. I ordered a combo with a ribeye and ribs. Both items were HORRIBLE! Ribs were dry and crunchy. Ribs should not be crunchy! My wife had a 6oz sirloin and she said it was HORRIBLE too! She said hers tasted charred. My ribeye was really fatty. Most ribeyes have some fat but this steak was 50% fat. Management came over to ask how everything was and we told her everything was fine because my wife and I we so sick of being there! 42.00 was the ticket cost and that was the most disappointed we have ever been for that amount of money. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE food!

What? A steakhouse where you can eat as a VEGETARIAN? Yes. Get the Vegetable Plate. You pick 4 sides and you have a complete meal. It’s good. I like the Caesar salad. I’m very picky when it comes to Caesar salad, and this one is awesome. The appetizers, loaded potato skins without bacon, ‘shrooms, and onion petals, are also good. I have yet to try the new zucchini fries.

Very saddened… walked in at three for dinner… we were the only ones there… we ordered… hamburger, salad my husband… I order wing app… they bring my husbands salad… he eats it… then…they waiter after he is done says they are just telling me we have no wings… this is twenty min later mind u… the waiter then states to me they have no wings… what I said after twenty min they figured that out… get this they bring my husbands hamburger right away… its not hot… was sitting… Ooooooo wait there’s more… I order a steak before they bring my husband his food… he eats it all… I watch everyone else around me eating that came in after us… I’m still waiting nobody says nothing… I have told them twice I’m a diabetic… no one cared… asked to talk to manager… she was not in no hurray for me… I walked out to which I WILLNEVERSTEPFOOTBACKINTHISPLACE… I when I got get a corp number… I guess I got a birshard. he said was gen manager… personal number did not ask my name… nothing…I think miss Robin manager here gave me her boyfriend number. he was not business person either… whatever never to return… hope your business goes under

Sadly I had to change my review of Logan’s. Their customer service is still great, but their food has taken a downturn for the worst. We have been disappointed in our steaks the last 3 times we are there. Longhorn is just down the road and much better.

Waitress very slow… slow and cruel. We have to wait for 45 minutes to ask for water. Then another 25 minutes to ask to order food. Management and server need training badly to operate the business better. The worse restaurant to try. Please manage the people better

Came here about 1415. Order our food waited about 30 mins for our food. Was not busy here we were 1 out of 2 customers. I recommend not to order anything fried seems like they soak their food in oil. I ordered medium rare to medium my steak came out rubbery and medium well to done. Service was ok I’ve been in the restaurant busy for over 7 years and know what it means to server and cook for customers. Probably going to be our last time here.

Very busy restaurant and now I know why… food is delicious!!! Complimentary fresh hot bread rolls with butter which is amazing!!! I ordered the BBQ ribs(half rack) with mashed potatoes and a garden salad. The garden salad and mashed potatoes were good… nothing extravagant… but the ribs were awesome!!! The meat was falling off the bone and the BBQ sauce was perfect.

At first not bad. It was clean and people were friendly. Then the food was sub par. My steak was ordered medium rare was served well done. The replacement was served so much later that everyone else was finished with their meals. I boxed my food as the ticket was brought to me. Then the server bussed his other tables as we waited to be cashed out. I don’t ever plan on coming back here again. I’ll go to Texas Roadhouse next time.

Good food and great service! We stopped both times while driving through town and both times the food and service have been great. We had burgers, spicy chicken and dessert and it was all good.

We decided to give it another try tonight and our experience was significantly better. The food was better, our service was better… everything about this visit outshone the last. Our waitress was fast, courteous and attentive and while the entrees were somewhat small they were on point. This is a nice, casual family chain for an easy night out. We were very satisfied.

6 tv’s in the bar area so you’d think they would put the ALCS game on one of them, but that would be unheard of when there’s a Thursday night NFL game… Really!?! Next time just stay home, service is terrible!!!

One of the funny things about chain restaurants is that although there may be a standard way of doing things on basically all fronts, that may not be the case at every single location. This Logan’s proves the point. I’ve been to this one a couple of times and the one in West Wichita on Maize several times. For whatever reason, the servers on the west side seem to be more able to handle what happens from start to finish than at this one. Don’t know what’s going on here. On my most recent visit, my girlfriend and I were seated relatively quickly, but it took about 10 minutes for our server to show up. Thanks to the clock on the TV with the NFL network on, I was able to actually count the minutes going by! Karen did come by, but she seemed to be distracted throughout. Don’t know what it was… The place wasn’t particularly busy either. She seemed to have a weird, halfway snide attitude as well. Semi-pleasant but there was something else there. You know, one of those people that just kind of rub you the wrong way from the start. As for the food, you will definitely wait for it here. About 20 minutes pass before it came to the table, and even then my allegedly medium well«Logan» steak came out closer to Rare/Medium Rare. Sent it back and at least they were able to cook it to my request after another 10 minutes. The atmosphere is perfectly fine, but the place… ugh. I’m not heading to this one again. If you’re a fan of Logan’s, go to the one out West. If you like the ‘Roadhouse’ concept, however, Texas Roadhouse on W. Kellogg does it much better in terms of food and presentation.

I have been here two times and during my last visit I decided that this place needed to be reviewed. My Mom and I ordered a the steak and fried shrimp combo. The steak was so tough and the batter on the shrimp was too thick and tasted like oil. The food is subpar. Even though the prices are decent, it does not make up for the fact that the food does not taste good. The service was average both times I went. The manager apologized for bringing the wrong dish to another guest at our table. The wait for the meal was okay since we snacked on peanuts. Overall the visit was just average and nothing special to come back again.
