The ice cream here is really good. It is a little more costly but that also has to do with being in the Bradley Fair area. I would say it’s worth the money. I’m pretty sure they even make the ice cream fresh daily.

Every time I went to Texas I would always be on the hunt for Maggie Moos! Finally my wish was granted and we received one in Wichita, through the merger of them and Marble Slab! They now carry some of the similar goods and everything is wonderful. They have the best flavors, appearance, and unlimited mix ins mmmm… mmmm! Full of flavor all over! I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the employee. There were 2 of them one was delightful and happy to serve you. The other was in a grumpy mood no please, no thank you, no nothing. Typically this place has wonderful customer service so it won’t stop me from trying to make another stop in. Try the cheesecake and mix it with strawberries, blueberries, and Oreo.

Ice cream was good and there were many options to choose from. Reminded me of coldstone creamery. Service was fine. I would go back!

Marble slab is one of our favorite ice cream places, although we don’t get to come as often as we would like. On his particular visit, we arrived a little after 5 and were the only people in the place. We had quick service and the ice cream was delicious. My favorite is the butter pecan with Caramel, pecans and chocolate chips, while my husband usually changes it up. All are great though! Our only complaint was we were too full to finish it all! :-p

What is there to do in the city of Wichita? Not much sadly, but we did come across this not so shabby Ice Cream Parlor. While roaming around after dinner with a native she brought us to this shopping district where we found this glorious place. Honestly the heat gets to you real quick in this area… The place was nicely air conditioned and they have a huge selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt and etc. My favorite part has to be the«endless» amounts of toppings you can have without ANY extra cost(as long as they can fit it)! They have a good amount of toppings so there shouldn’t be much of a problem and they’ll take the ice cream flavor you chose and the toppings and mash them together on a cold stone top(similar to Cold Stone if anyone’s had that) and put it in your cone/bowl of choice. The reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because the place was VERY dimly lit… or maybe not even lit at all and using sunlight coming in. For an ice cream place I would prefer a nicely lit place. Also The ice cream itself could get a bit pricey ranging from about $ 4 for a basic cone up to even $ 7. Basic cones are a set price(small or large) and then it’ll go up if you want a dipped cone and etc. Also I did realized that the ice cream does melt extremely fast compared to other ice cream parlors if you’re not indoors because they did take it out and mash it together for a minute and then give it to you.(BTW: The small cone is more than large enough for a normal ice cream lover to eat, the large size is TOO huge!!!) All in all, service was good(nothing fantastic), ice cream tasted great and the idea that I could have as much toppings as I want is fantastic! So if you’re in the area and don’t know what to do or eat, maybe try this ice cream parlor out on a hot day!

PROS * Wide range of selections to get your ice cream creativity going [1] * Building process was as easy as devouring the final product [2] * Conveniently located in a shopping center * Good amount of mix-ins incorporated * Reasonably priced if built right CONS * Service was«meh» [3] * The inside of the store was pretty dark and narrow — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - — - [1] Different size bowls and/or cones to choose from; can upgrade regular cones to fancier cones(dipped dark chocolate, white chocolate, etc.); nice variety of flavors to choose from; unlimited toppings with a big selection [2] Pick your favorite(ice cream, yogurt or sorbet) //Choose a cup or cone(L is $ 5.99, R is $ 4.99, S is $ 3.99) //Choose unlimited mix-ins(many fruity, nutty and candy-coated options) //Waffle it up(waffle bowl is + $ 0.99. dipped waffle cone or bowl is + $ 1.49) [3] If I had the option of building my ice cream using a kiosk machine than I would have much rather chosen that option over having an actual person

They have great options as far as sizes, types of ice cream, toppings, everything! The service is always amazing too. Price-wise, it’s a bit up there. Definitely a treat to have! They also have cards you can get punched, buy 5 get the 6th free!
Was looking forward to some ice cream, and Marble Slab does not disapoint. Our food was excellent, while the service was fine for this type of eatery. But, for being located in Bradley Fair, I was expecting the décor to be more intriguing and offer more than the standard white walls and basic photos. If you go here, you’ll love the ice cream and service… but for myself, any future stops will be an order and go, as there is no flair and excitement for sticking around this ice cream establishment. Call me old fashioned and I’m fine with that, but when I go out to eat anyting, the atmosphere and décor is almost as important as the dining.

After some plans fell through on a recent Saturday night, I decided to make the most of my evening and visit Bradley Fair for something sweet. And what better to satisfy a serious sugar craving than mounds of glorious ice cream? I’ve been a fan of Marble Slab for a while now, so I figured it was about time I wrote a review. First of all, the owner is a GORGEOUS and such a sweetheart – I used to work at the bank she goes to, and she’d always be coming through the drive-thru to make deposits with a HUGE chocolate ice cream cone in hand. This, of course, explains why the other tellers and I made Marble Slab our official go-to, after-work, kick-off-the-weekend, ice cream stop of choice. And second, the girls who work there are also adorable and very helpful. They’re just so darn cute. Anyways, on to the important stuff – the ICECREAM! It’s made fresh daily, and the quality, variety of flavors, and topping selection are all to die for. I’ve tried their chocolate, vanilla, coffee, birthday cake, coconut, pistachio, and nutter butter ice cream, and they’re all amazing. They even make their own waffle cones, which you can have either plain or dipped in white or milk chocolate and rolled in tasty toppings like sprinkles or heath bar. Their frozen yogurt is another favorite of mine, although there are only two flavors – non-fat vanilla and no sugar added strawberry. I find them to be nice additions to the menu and great for people who are looking to go for something a little on the lighter side. In addition to traditional ice cream and fro-yo, they also offer ice cream cakes and espresso drinks, which I’ve yet to try. Needless to say, this place is one of my favorite ice cream stops. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed.
