About 2 years ago, my Husband and I were relocating from NW Missouri to Wichita, KS. We decided to leave behind our Refrigerator and Freezer and purchase new ones. We ordered them over the telephone for DELIVERY on a weekend that we would be at our newly acquired home. We were still painting and cleaning carpets, etc and Menards showed up on a Saturday afternoon with our purchases. Really nice Young Men delivered them and we were happy.
And since then, all of our lighting fixtures and our Security Doors were purchased from Menards. We also acquired our Roofing Materials from Menards and USED one of their Suggested Contractors and also their Vinyl Siding Products (but used a Contractor recommended by our Realtor).
I like Menards very much and always check here first for anything that I need. Oh, and I purchased some vinyl flooring for my Daughter’s home here. Very nice, very helpful employees! You know, I will be back.. .. .. .. .. .. .

Honeymoon is over! I started visiting Menards on N Maize about 3 weeks ago (first time in a Menards since I moved from MN 10 years ago) and I loved it! I am a new homeowner so I’ve been in often. Tonight was the first time I left the store unhappy and frustrated. I know things must get slow and boring on Thursday evenings but I deserve the same service no matter what night it is. Employees were horsing around and chatting with each other and ignoring the customers. I don’t mind flagging an employee down if I need help but I hate going through 3 different departments hunting for someone to help me. I still couldn’t find help so I just left my cart and walked out. Told them at the service desk I was going to Lowes!
